FILM DESCRIPTION:
This spin-off of Snow White and the Huntsman acts as both prequel and sequel to the original film, detailing the adventures of Eric the Huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) as he gets caught up in the rivalry between wicked queens Ravenna (Charlize Theron) and Freya (Emily Blunt). During his quest, Eric is also endangered by his feelings for fellow warrior Sara (Jessica Chastain), since ice queen Freya has decreed that love is forbidden in her kingdom. Honestly, this scene was pretty badass. I believe the goblin was quite formidable. I think people may over look the fact that the huntsman has more than likely faced and killed creatures like this before. It only makes sense he can hold his ground against a creature like this. His ex-wife helping him made things a lot easier.

In my opinion we should make artistic make up for monsters, not CGI. CGI makes all look so strange and artificial. And heres some guy who did an animation and 3d course speaking. We can still use 3d but with caution

I like how the animators very clearly looked at some footage of chimpanzees and incorporated that in the creature's movements. The way it grabs the branch and starts smacking it around is very chimpanzee-like. I wonder why they call it a goblin, though. With its goat horns and ape-like physique, I would have called it a satyr.
