When you're looking for a movie to watch, yet you don't quite know what the genre is, you usually would go for the actor's name (e.g. Anne Hathaway) because mostly actors potray similar characters all the time, it's like they have some sort of "niche" to appeal to some people. Humans are "programmed" to like what seems familiar to them.

Edit: Good for u for loving your appereances but I meant that her features are admirable by many people.She has the "perfect" nose , big lips and a well stractured face , all of which are things that many (not all) women would love to have.

We don't know anything about the characters yet, yet you choose to judge Anne hathaway for her accent?? We don't know even the name of the character. Whether she's posh or not. English or not. Etc. It's not just an accent. She's using such a peculiar way of speaking which I'm sure adds to the character and we'll understand it once we know more about it. Don't judge before you know something people.

Not exactly judging from the preview. If they make it a competition between the 2 of them and Rebel Wilson stabs herself in the eyepatch with a corked fork, then yes! Haha Looks kind of funny, but I'm definitely getting tired of these reboots of classic movies.

Not really. I don't recall Michael Caine's character teaching his ways to Steve Martin's character. In fact, they were in competition with each other. I didn't get a sense of competition by this trailer. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels was a remake as well.

@@TheRetroStuffGuy He did keep teach Steve Martins character his ways but then made him behave as his less than sophisticated 'brother'. They only went into competition against each other when Steves character had enough and they were fighting to win over 'Janet'.... I use to watch that movie over and over as kid! Loved it!

It is - purposefully. Its is a gender swap remake - originally it was also going to be called Dirty rotten scoundrels but in the end they changed to a more generic name.
