Gotta laugh about the 'Hudson' hair on your blending sponge. There is always dog hair flying around my studio, LorriMarie. What a clever and uplifting project. I don't have a set of letter stamps and I'm challenging myself to stick to a 'no-spend' month, so I'm going to print out my 'I am' statements in a type-writer style font on my computer and just mod-dodge them onto the page instead. I embrace your spirit of 'use what you have'!! We don't have to spend a lot of money to create great art and have fun doing it. Thanks for continuing to inspire!! One support group is for men who where abused as children....( I’m not a member LOL, just a friend ) And the other group is for people who struggle with Fibromyalgia . I have lived most of my life with the pain of Fibro and have learned over the years how to cope....most of the time. I meditate each day and “play at my table”. So good to keep Positive thoughts on your mind and out to the universe! You have given me so much joy with your videos! I can’t thank you enough!

Although it is many months since you made this video you may already be done with your project but the words I might suggest are: I am deserving, I am worthy, I am healthy, I am loveable and so many more....wonderful suggestions in the comments. And I remember finding some boxes like this in my mother's cupboard that she had from the 1950's, sadly they are no longer with me....I cringe, now that I am doing mixed media art, about the things i discarded years ago that my mother had saved for so many years. Had I only known then what I know now, ....but, I am forgiven! is my favorite affirmation! See you on the table...again soon!

Several videos back you made tags that you added to an altered book. I made a box from books for each of two grandchildren, one 18 and one six. I put 24 tags with affirmation statements on them in one box for my granddaughter and included empowered, assertive, beautiful, blessed. Probably a bit late for you now. I made tags with year 1 math problems on them for my grandson. I meant to take photos to send you but forgot. Doh! Thank you for inspiring me.
