@@Mrinventor93 : Actually, I do things very differently. I plan ahead for things to fail or go wrong and always have adequate supplies already on hand so I never have to worry about finding a store.

By the time I have bought all the different sizes of pipe and the hose clamp It would be cheaper and quicker to just buy an adapter

Me parece una buena idea para todos los quejumbrosos y criticones, siempre es bueno saber que las cosas se pueden hacer de diferentes modos usando lo que tienes a la mano. A veces hay quienes no tienen una cosa pero si otra. Además la pistola de calor no es un obstáculo ya que se puede hscer con la estufa o periódico. Un aplauso para aquellos que abren su mente a nuevas ideas.

It shows a different solution to do connection. There may be some times that we need this method. But if it is possible, an adapter may be an easier solution. Nice thinking though.

Está bien la idea, pero como para trabajos muy económicos. Como bien sabemos ya existen una gran cantidad de adaptadores de todos colores y tamaños y económicos, mas fácil, en menos tiempo.

Es lo mismo que los conectores que rechazó,,, creí que sería mas manual... la conexión de manguera y ampliación de la boca, es de industriales, no de un neófito arreglando en su casa, como quiere parecer esto. Hay que tener una serie de herramientas como el aparato que da calor, las brocas que agrandan las bocas, etc. La mayoría de los productos de PVC son difíciles de calentar y agrandar las bocas, porque son duros y se enfrían antes que podamos levantar la mano. Y si trabaja con los fáciles, son pan para hoy, hambre para mañana. No sirve.

caliento la manguera verde y intrdusco el tubo de media a una buena distqancia y coloco la abrazadera si no tengo adaptado y la otra punta del tubo caliento y moldeo con la pistola de calor y hago un pequeño giro para evitar que entre aire o fugue luego ligo agrego pegamento pvc y uno y si tengo la abrazadera la coloco para mejor union y listo termine man

You needn't have gone all long this journey to join the hose to the pvc pipe, a direct joining with little pre - modification; enlarging opening of the pvc pipe, then insert the piece of the hose into the pvc pipe 😔.

the hose was not heated, it was just positioned so that it was the width of the tube.

В кипяток шланг засунуть и сразу на трубу шланг натянуть. Для верности на кончике трубы пропилить напильником пол миллиметра бороздку в ширину хомута в которую хомут заляжет и прижмет шланг.
