Great presentation. This video should be shown to all people designing, using or maintaining hydraulic systems.

People want to ignore hydraulic leaks til the plant has to continually buy oil and the maintenance department is continually pissed off. Apparently I need a work order for everything but I try to at least keep the reservoirs full without a work order. I've put in material requisitions for new valves and cylinders/rebuild kits but yet to see the parts arrive. Sorry, had to rant. Just an annoyed maintenance mechanic.
