I am also curvy. I have a small waist, full hips, long legs but not fat. I hated having the big but because dresses don't fit correctly, fit on the top and to small or tight at the bottom or too big top and fit the bottom. Fitting pants is a nightmare. I also hate that young women are doing this to follow a trend that can change tomorrow.

the primary marker of femininity is having a *wide pelvis.* a wide pelvis which give a woman a waist to _high hip_ ratio of 0.75 to 0.775 is actually the most feminine feature. the secondary feminine feature is having a big butt that gives a woman a waist to _lower hip_ ratio of 0.6 to 0.65. this is why whenever i look at a woman, i look at how wide her pelvis is, before i look at her butt. i wonder why most cosmetic surgeons don't talk about this. maybe there is no surgery to widen the pelvis, or maybe there is one but its much riskier than doing a BBL, so they don't bother mentioning it. anyway, when you do your surgery, ensure the surgeon gives you a waist to lower hip ratio no smaller than 0.6. if you go under 0.6, you start to look deformed like kim kardashian and black chyna. good luck!

@@clarke4400 yes, I went thru surgery. No complications, everything went smooth. My butt got a little bigger not by much.And I have no hips,my hip dips came back...other then that Dr .Williams is a great Dr, on begin safety. He will do a very natural job.

I wouldn't say many but some patients do and it is the shape of the pelvis that causes that. Very hard to correct.

@@876Tiffany no, its from my medical knowledge and experience from being a registered nurse.. The more stiff your skin is, the less fat they can put in an area. Some people are limited because their skin is not "soft" meaning elastic and pliable so they can't have a big bbl on 1 round.

You can't change a person's "cuff"--that is fixed anatomy that is unchangeable . Some patients have a really well developed long cuff and other patients don't have much of a cuff and the thigh blends into the buttocks. You cannot create a "cuff".
