A lot of people who don't do this kind of stuff for a living don't understand how dirt and tree growing and rocks and just everything is different from state to state the soil everything and like you said the price of things when you truly don't need for every job but Dirty I will say this you my friend have done a amazing job of explaining to your subscribers how and why we/I really appreciate your skills my friend I've been in all fields of the construction for over thirty five years and I am still learning new ways of doing things and you have even taught me quite a few things like I said I am still learning and I greatly appreciate people like yourself and Chris and I've been watching the man behind the scenes and wow that man can weld and now he is teaching myself and my guy's more about welding Dirty thanks for sharing with us Thumbs up my friend

I have seen other videos of the people talking and I just watch it because I don't like to listen to someone talking I rather see how the job gets done but with you and your crew you make in enjoyable to watch and listen to. What a gorgeous view. The trees out in the fields reminds me of the Myrtle trees in the fields here on the Southern Oregon coast.

Good morning Mike, just a few things I noticed, 1. I think your motivation was in that stump and when it came out I think I seen it hide behind that tree. 2. Does everyone in Indiana have a pond in their yards? It seems every place you go there is a pond... 😂... and 3. MBTS had that look on his face like it isn’t the first time and Captain had that deer in the head light look at the end of the video... As always great video.

Please try out a machine equipped with a tiltrotator, if you like it to be univesal. Volvo might invite you and ”the man” to their trainingcenter. 👍

Great job on that site. You need quite a bit of experience to pull something like that off. I live in a narrow lot block house in Florida and that is wide open spaces to me.

It’s amazing how many people think you have truckloads of money sitting just waiting to be spent. Also amazing that so many people think a “new” custom thumb and bucket are must have items just because they watched a video of the design process. Perhaps in the future you could show the actual difference between a progressive thumb and a non progressive thumb. I think I know the difference and understand some of the benefits each one has over the other but would welcome an explanation from an expert.

I was wondering why you were using the Cat dozer on this job as I perhaps mistakenly thought it was rented? Is the Deere broke down or is it simply the case that the Cat is more nimble and suitable for this type of job? Either way excellent series of videos for this site - I can see that your proud of you and your teams work with good reason in my opinion.

I think it’s funny how much you and Chris get compared. It’s like apples and oranges. He has larger excavators for the mostly pond and clearing jobs he does. Hence the larger thumb. Yes you fix ponds but do a lot more diverse projects where smaller equipment is needed plus now with the tag trailer you can haul all your stuff on that except maybe the 850. If you bought a money tree instead of 120 parts you could have everything KZfaq tells you to buy.
