It's the last day of school and we're tackling a subject everyone should know and practice: the importance of self-care! We get physical with a yoga-themed challenge (YOGA-NNA LOSE!!), and talk about our individual fitness journeys. Finally, we also discuss our mental health and the ways in which we protect and take care of it. Thank you professor Fai for such a great lesson!
