At the same stadium, and perhaps even more rare…..The giant glove in Left-Center field has never been directly hit by a ball in a game (Mark McGuire hit it during a pre-game batting practice) At 501 feet from Home Plate, 27 feet high, and 30 feet wide…you think it would have been hit by now. Although 501 feet is quite the blast, it’s still well within range of possible for a big stick righty.

The combined perfect game hasn’t been done even once. And I can understand why, I’d be irate if they pulled me in the middle of a perfect outing. Even combined no-no’s are pretty rare, it’s only happened 20 times.
