Мы на работе такие же делаем. Это называется шнек. Сначала мы растягиваем каждый виток, а потом свариваем длинную гирлянду из витков, потом опять растягиваем ее и одеваем на саму трубу! Он бьёт кувалдой, а мы краном растягиваем. В растянутом виде гирлянда сама залетает на трубу. Нам проще, у нас на работе есть кран, которым мы растягиваем! Мы на работе делаем тоже самое, только в горизонтальном положении, гирлянда тянется краном.. Мы делаем такие шнека ещё с наплавкой, по всем кольцам наплавляются полоски (лучи), для уменьшения износа лопастей!

Cutting the discs and welding the ends to make a continuous screw form is so smart. The inside diameter of the disks end up being a perfect fit to the shaft once they are extended.

This is amazing demonstration of skill and what they produce is totally brilliant. What is equally amazing is that these guys work for the most part in sandals.. and you gotta love the home made welding mask ... Mind you my ears are ringing after watching them pound away on that steel.. i hope they get ear plugs at least.

Ive been watching a couples of these lately. Its really great but I gotta say its sad to see the lack of security too. No goggles, no hand protection, no masks... I mean, yeah you can do the work without them, but that path can lead to serious injury or even cancer especially when dealing with weilding, grinding, gas etc... They are very good worker and their work shouldnt be the thing that eventually kill them

If insurances are not involved ur boss don’t give a shit about u gettin hurt he will find a new slave. In western countries , the insurance company forces it boss to take care about u and avoid most incidents so they don’t pay more next year for the insurance policy

That's a common macho style of work in India and Pakistan. Most of us don't even know about any protection in the workshops. I've seen a guy in an aluminium foundry working bare feet. He stepped on molten aluminium with bare feet. Wasn't even bothered. Just wiped the burn with mud and carried on.

Работают отлично, но никаких средств индивидуальной защиты, а это огромный риск здоровью! И ведь наверное счастливы что есть работа и заработок. Могут кормить семьи. Вопрос только насколько адекватные деньги они получают? Здоровья им и удачи!

He is good ! Nice cutting and welding ! Not OSHA approved for sure , but he is an artist ! Bending a bar in my 6 inch vise in 4 bags of concrete I pulled so hard I popped the cartilage in my right upper ribs ! Glad I still have the strength at 60 but man, the old body is not the same .... These hard working guys probably don't have the luxury of retirement.....my hat is off to them !

PPE- Piece of cardboard for the welder? check Pair of gloves for the kid on the chain hoist? check Its amazing and nerve wracking to watch people doing this kind of work with no safety standards. These guys are clearly skilled and know where not to put their bare hands, toes, eyeballs, loose fitting clothes, etc. but it still gives me the willies to watch.

I worked in a firm where screw conveyors were fabricated....it is laborious and tiresome....in this video the making of screws are highly simplified..I have no words...really appreciate them

@@barnabyvonrudal1 Archimedes screw. Can “pump” water up hill. Which is to say it conveys it upwards by rotation. They use them in grain mails too, any thing like that to convey materials in a measured way.

I feel sad for these workers because of the lack of health and safety. Bad working conditions like eventually catches up to them with poor health and injury later in life.
