Dr Dray instead of full brand reviews which I fully understand how daunting that would be perhaps you could do the very best of xxx brand. Where you pick out what would seem to be the best of a brands products (going by the ingredientlist) and then reviewing if the products lived up to the claims.

I personally didn't care about the Q10 in this but it's a great humectant. I found that my skin felt much more moisturized when I used this on wet skin then put my moisturizer on top. And it's much cheaper compared to other creams or serums that act as humectants.

i am 66. I’ve been using the Timeless coq10 serum for at least 5 years, probably closer to 7. About a year Into using it I began patting any excess on my somewhat crepey eyelids. About 2 years later I noticed my lids actually looked better than they had a few years before. This was the only thing I did different ( I have ocular rosacea so I tend not to experiment much around my eyes. ) I recently bought this inky list serum and am using it on my legs. I haven’t been doing it long enough to notice any difference but this stuff is cheap and maybe in a few years I’ll look at my legs and say - hey they’re better at 70 than at 66.

I've been hoping you'd review this ingredient. I've been trying out the Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Face Cream. Now I'm not sure how much good the Q10 aspect is. But it's otherwise a nice product with good ingredients and it's fragrance free.

Very good review! I use insta natural coq10. I started using it a week ago and I live in California. I'm a black male and my skin had darkened from the excessive sun here. 1day I started seeing all of these light spots forming all over my face where I had sun damage. The reason I'm watching your video was to understand why my skin was lightening and if this was a bleaching cream because that's not what I purchased it for. Thanks for the review, you helped me to understand that its also a sun protective serum and my natural complexion is coming back.

I use this everyday under my moisturizer and sunscreen, I think? it’s helped in combination with my other products to protect my skin from daily evils, as my skin is the calmest it’s ever been. I’ve been using it for maybe a year now.

I've been using this as an antioxidant twice daily for my rosacea and eczema prone skin. I find that I can tolerate it really well which I'm really happy about as I find that using vitamin C formulations just irritate my skin too much. Personally I really appreciate Dr Dray going into the science behind the different skin care ingredients - it's really helpful and useful in trying to decipher an ever increasing amount of products available. Please carry on! 😊

Wow this is interesting! I've rosacea too and I almost couldn't tolerate this product, it irritated me until the point to say "I won't use it anymore" :( . However, I tolerate the vitamin c serum from skinceuticals and other from Dr. Brenner... each rosacea and skin is different, I guess!

I'd be really curious to try the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic but there's no way that I'm going to spend that kind of money on something that it turns out to be massively irritating!

@@AliceH-Alikhi I also tried a vitamin C product from The Ordinary, one that is water free and it irritated me a lot! And I completely understand you regarding the skinceuticals one, it's a big risk. Let me recommend you something! I've found kind of a dupe of the skinceuticals CE ferulic serum. It is on Amazon: Dr. Brenner Vitamin C 20%, Ferulic acid and vitamin E. It's a great antioxidant serum and it's under $20 dollars. The ingredients are basically the same that the CE Ferulic. Maybe you'd like to give it a try, it's ofc fragrance free and it doesn't bother my rosacea at all, though I'd start with just two drops not every day. I think vit. C has helped me to vanish the acne scars of my rosacea, it also faded my freckles (which I wanted to keep haha), and it gave me overall bright skin. You may like it!

Hey we share the same name and even similar profile pic! I think it’s a sign that I should comment and I suggest you try the Ordinary Ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate solution 20% in vitamin F. It’s not at all irritating. It’s oil based but at night, who cares if your face is shiny looking? I love it.

I’ve been using this product for months and LOVE it - it sinks right in and has a very nice formulation. Even being acne-prone and combo-oily, it has played nicely with my skin and other skincare products. This was so informative. I live in Europe and have the Eucerin coQ10 night cream with retinol and the day one with spf. The night one is great, the day one creates a film on the skin that balls up under sunscreen and foundation :/ I’d love to know your take on Resveratrol. I can’t seem to find many fragrance-free products with it, but it seems to be a good anti-oxidant...

Love this serum. However do note when retinizing/ahas/sensitization I have noticed that this product does tingle for a little while after initial application. Slight initial flush but overall no other issues. Just thought I’d note!

Dr. Dray, try the eucerin co q10 night cream. It is fragrance free and very thick and heavy so I think ita wonderful in the winter. I too am very sensitive, but this product does not bother me nor does it cause any redness or breakouts. The best part, it's only $10

I have very sensitive skin with rosacea yay! :p I'm using for about 3 weeks now The Inkey List Bakuchiol moisturizer and the Niacinamide serum and its working very well for me. It never stinged or itched and it helped calm down my redness. Also I notice the texture of my skin improved. With these 2 itens I also bought the PHA Toner but I still didnt try it for fear of a flare. It is safely guarded in my bathroom closet. It will be very lucky of me if all the 3 products I bought all worked on my skin, but I have hope :) So can you please review the PHA Toner it may give me the courage to try it. Thank you :)

Is dr dray only on retin a and a moisturizers basically? What if a person only used mineral oil on the face and some differin or retin a on the t-zone, what would that be like. and can someone please say what works on neck lines, are laser treatments the only way to get ride of them?

Possible video topic? Could you discuss skin care products and/or skin care techniques (dermarolling, extractions, etc) that you should never combine?

I use this product every morning before sunscreen along with a Vitamin C & Ferulic acid. I can't really say if they do anything or not

Moose do you follow hot and flashy? I used to but then I found Dr dray. I have acquired a wealth of information.. I stoped using all of the serums Timeless products vit c serum with the ferulic acid q10 and all the others. I saw very little difference and I used them for a year . Now I use retina at night other wise moisturizers and sunscreen. My face has had a noticeable difference. Also it doesn’t take 3 hrs everyday getting ready.

@@terrishepherd3266 I don't follow that. Timeless is outside of my price range. I don't really expect the antioxidants to have any skin improving effect but I only in the early 20s and I am willing to spend a bit for the theoretical protection. The 30 ml product only costs €4 and can last 3 months using once a day. Besides having sensitive skin, I don't really have problematic skin; I haven't had a breakout since the summer. My only concern is high colour and I am looking into IPL to fade that. Really I would probably use resveratrol instead of VItamin C in the future

Loved the video! So informative :) Btw. Quick question. Can i layer two sunscreen products with physical filters? I would use a zo spf 50 sunscreen and then use a tinted sunscreen sun pact with td 30 spf. Can I do this? Thank you once again :)

I assume when you say physical filters that you're talking about mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide? If so, the answer is yes. She often does that herself. See some of her morning routine videos.

I've heard that there is a worry that they don't react well together when you mix the two. I would love for Dr. Dray to address your question; I've wondered too.

@@skael1258 If they're both mineral sunscreens it's not a problem. In fact can be extra beneficial since you also then get the added protection against visible light of the iron oxides. Those are the ingredients that provide the tinting. See her morning routine video from 2 weeks ago (Jan 9th) where she demonstrates application & discusses benefits. Hope that helps
