As a non-Turkish guy who started to live in Istanbul, ended up in a Fener neighborhood and became a Fener fan, thank you for this video and some others, they are very educating. Adana president story really hit me, what an unprecedented act of love towards the club.

So many fener fans in here upset that you shared the most basic information about the 2011 match fixing scandal. Reminder that UEFA, FIFA, and CAS ALL agreed that fener committed a sustained scheme to fix games in order to win the title. Everyone who has taken a look at the case has come to the same conclusion.

Awesome video… here’s a few things you could’ve included 1 - to address the 2011 match fixing scandal, the TFF implemented a 4 team playoff tournament called Super Final. Said tournament was abandoned the next season after the scandal controversy cooled down 2 - Trabzonspor player Salih Dursun picks up the refs red card and gives the ref a red card penalty in a form of dissent 3 - former Anakaragucu president Faruk Koca runs into the pitch and punches referee Halil Umut Meler 4 - İstanbul Basaksehir being a federal funded club by the ruling regime and winning the Super Lig with a suspected “purchased” supporters group 5 - related to the 2011 season and Trabzonspor supporters continued animosity towards Fenerbahçe, a Trabzonspor supporter invades the pitch with a mask on (and allegedly a pointy kitchen utensil) and attempts to attack Fenerbahce players celebrating their victory in Trabzonspor. Osayi-Samuel proceeds to beat the fan and chaos breaks loose. 6 - Arda Turan fighting with turkish pop star Berkay in a night club. Then goes to the hospital where Berkay is being treated and attempts to apologize but also shoots of a pew pew machine 7 - last one… which may or may not be appropriate for your content. This video is bias and misleading. Let me blunt and clear with the match fixing allegations. While Fener was on top of the nation in 2010's, Gala was on the floor drooling for some sort of come back. Fener had built its own stadium with its own budget, while Gala, Besiktas and Trabzon all got free stadiums from the government. The same government who had ties with an religious organization called FETO, which was actually the brain of the government at that time. This organization had really close relationship with Gala, which had players like Hakan Sukur, Arif Erdem, (who are now wanted by the Turkish Government and their names are banned to be mentioned in every public place, meaning Gala can't even show his photo of him holding the UEFA Cup) and many more players under its influence since the early 1990's. This organization had a fall out with the government, and eventually led to the failed Coup d'état in 2016. These are the same people who brought the match fixing allegations against Fener in 2011, which led to several board members and the president being arrested with fake evidence. What the video fails to mentions is that, Besiktas and Trabzon we're also involved in match fixing allegations, but eventually all the focus turned to Fener, thanks to Gala constantly spamming UEFA to ban Fener, which is what happened a few seasons. The video doesn't underline the important fact, that Fenerbahce has been leading Turkey's coefficient standing for the past 7 years up until to that point. Denying Fener Europe, meant a very big gap in coefficient points, which eventually lowered Turkey's rank. During that time, Fener was able to present its case to several courts and CAS, which they over turned UEFA's decision, allowing Fener to compete in Europe again. After all the shit storm they went through, Fener reached the semi-finals that year in the UEFA League and got knocked out by Benfica... Not to mention, Fener had to sell most of its top players since the allegations started, meaning they had a tight budget and a thin squad. But the unity of the club was strong enough to show they could compete at that level. They even went further and won the league again in 2014, and they were still denied Champions league play for the 3rd time. Lets not forget to mention that Trabzon fans tried to steal the cup from the stadium museum and tried to gun down Fenerbahce's bus while in Trabzon, which is a scandal on its own, but no arrests were made. They also attacked a referee during a match with Fener, by invading the pitch and canceling the match while losing 4-0 at their home ground. In a different game, they literally blocked referee's leaving the stadium and held them hostage for several hours, until the government had to get involved. How about the time when the city named a street after one of their players, when he snatched a red card and showed the referee himself the red during the game. Fener never got a break, while all the other rivals saw this as an opportunity to get back at them, Fener was trying to clear it's name. This video doesn't cover the full story and is misleading against Fenerbahce. Even after all these years they still blame Fener for match fixing, yet they haven't won the league in over 10 years. Everyone can look up who won the league during Fener's absence. So much more can be said but its clear how the roles have been reversed today. While Gala is riding this corrupt wave they created since the 90's, with its media and lobby in the federation, they still want to play dirty with constant allegations up till this day. Fener is constantly blamed for everything and even smaller clubs which are tied to the government are trying to beat down Fener constantly. Even without winning a title, they still are competing at a high level, which shows a lot about the clubs character. Blaming Fener for match fixing also means denying there was coup attempt, even though both incidents were done by the same group of people. Much more can be said, but its clear that Fener is being held back.

1. Maybe you should have also mentioned that the "match-fixing scandal" has since been ruled out because of its ties to FETO. And this isn't even like an opinion. The judges involved in the case are all in exile. Feels like something that shouldn't be left out because it kinda shows them as still guilty which they aren't. 2. The 1923 Istanbul League photo that you placed is a completely wrong presentation of what Fener is actually asking for. The titles Fener is asking from the TFF are the national championship since 1923, NOT the regional leagues. At the time, the regional leagues served as a form of qualification for the larger Milli Küme or National Division titles, which involved clubs from around the country. Apart from these two points, which please do take as constructive criticism, great job and all the best!
