Everyone's sleeping on Italy. Big mistake. With Spalletti coaching and Scamacca in his current form, they'll make a deep run. Doubt we'll win, but everyone having us third in our group and going out in the round of 16 will be proven wrong.

You never know with Portugal honestly Whenever France is the favorite they almost always bottle it, euro 2016 final, euro 2020 round of 16 But a Portugal vs France rematch would be awesome to see, based on qualification form, I think Portugal could go through and win as they won every match but France drew a match against Greece of all people

Sure but Portugal had such an easy group and even struggled to beat Iceland and Slovakia. People don’t take that into account.

France did draw to Greece but were already qualified I believe, and had nothing to really play for in a much more difficult group though. But both those teams are crazy tbh, it could go either side, so fair game !

I really like Austria. They play as a real team and I think they're the dark horse. I don't trust Romania, Poland is awful, Turkiye is just a team of good players,but they don't make my eyes shine. Serbia is the same, Switzerland is the team that just exists and Hungary and Albania are tricky but it won't happen

You act like they almost did. England beat them 4-0 at the last real euros, England already knew they were through when Ukraine were 100% desperate to win, and Still didn't and England beat Italy home and away. So, I'd say if England really wanted to and had to they'd rip Ukraine apart. Ukraine will be lucky to even touch the ball and that's the FIFA rankings and results of the last three major tourneys, could easily have won them all, and they now have a much stronger team. Ppl can 'sleep' on whoever they want and enjoy the dreams they have, but England are taking the best plsyers to the euros.

- I somehow see Albania surviving their group but going out in 16. Therefore the 4th of group B would be the disappointment. - Hungary or Scotland my Dark Horses. - Either Kane-Curse ends or Ronaldo wins his last major trophy. - I support 🇹🇷 and 🇩🇪

I think you are underestimating Italy and while Germany is hard to predict I would find it surprising if they would lose against Portugal. They almost never lost against Portugal. The German team now is drawn together from many different clubs who will all play European finals and won’t be well rested (e.g. Rüdiger and Kroos from Madrid) plus the players from Dortmund and Leverkusen. There will be fewer Bayern players in this German side and they seemed chaotic this year. I also see France as the likely winner but many players seem to lack motivation recently.

While I agree with you that Germany is hard to predict and might very well fail, I don't think the given reasons will be much of a problem. Having several members in your squad that go far in their club competition isn't that unique and a "struggle" nation teams like Spain, France or England have to deal with almost every tournament. Rüdiger and especially Kroos are well-experienced players who know exactly what their bodies can handle. Leverkusen has been resting players like Wirtz for a while now and keep on winning regardless. Stuttgart, which is home to several German national players, hasn't participated in any club tournament this year whatsoever. The advantage of having a group of bayern players who know each other well hasn't been an advantage at all in the last tournaments and even caused some problematic group building which helped killing the team spirit in 2018

@@xxx-jw4urPortugal is not a side that is likely to win. It was a huge surprise they won the Euros 2016. I don’t see sufficient talent. Ronaldo was a burden on Portugal even in his prime but now almost in his 40s and playing in joke league, I doubt he will be any help. He was a great player but he was never really making the national team stronger.
