yeah its insane that given she buys his whole shtick of figuring out exactly his location and method, and the fact they were timed to shoot at the same time, and the fact that the second sniper KNOWS the first sniper's exact location, but two shells from the window is the outrageous part? she said it herself, synchronized, so the second sniper knows where to go to plant the second shell.

Idk about the third bullet, but the third casing is simply not ejected. They be shooting bolt actions, after all. If you hit, just keep the spent shell in the pipe, pack up and leave. Not that it matters anyways, we knew how the hitman died. But still.

@@MartinTraXAA Wrong. Just research what modern day ballistics teams are capable of.
@MartinTraXAA
@MartinTraXAA 3 жыл бұрын
@@summitupman995 No. If the only reference points you have for a ballistic trajectory analysis is the entrance- and MAYBE exit wound head (which is moving around) and MAYBE the round impacting something behind the target (which would mean the bullet impacting the head would also have changed it's direction as passing through a target unimpeded is *highly* unlikely) then you will not be able to ascertain the placement of the shooter with ANY reliability. Seeing as they're using suppressors and there isn't a sonic crack, the round would be a slow subsonic one making it even less likely to go straight as well as needing to account for bullet drop. Just the tiniest change in orientation of the head, the body shifting, bone and flesh changing the direction of the round etc would completely change the result. Remember that these ranges (seems like around 200m in this clip) being off by just a fraction of a degree would throw off the trajectory's point of origin by many meters. Modern day ballistics analysis is not magic like in bloody CSI.

@betatalk357 I think it is written by someone who thinks throwing in a clock and multiple assassins makes it intelligent or precise. In reality it has needlessly complicated the process, which a precise assassin would not do. The first assassin obviously has a sponsor, so even if they find him they will try to find who paid him, which will lead them to the second assassin which a forensic team could figure out was somewhere at the scene when they measure the gunpowder residue (it will only be 1 shots worth not 2, thus the other shot came from a different location). What was the first assassins plan? Fire the shot, then get caught? If they had enough to bribe a cop why not get a police uniform, then pretend to be the first on the scene? Fingerprints are not that useful if you don't have a criminal record and the police haven't short listed you as a suspect. He could have left in a police car and no one would follow him.

@@toddkes5890 Not my point. The trajectory of the kill shot is unreliable since it could (and in all likelihood, would) be disturbed by hitting the head. It can't really be relied on. As for her point about the casings found next to the gun being proof that the same rifle fired both shots during the assassination: You only know the casing was fired from the same gun. Not the bullets. The casing could have been fired earlier and left at the scene to avoid anyone looking for the second shooter. It's a pretty interesting scene because of this since the evidence is not truly conclusive to neither his nor her theory, there is just enough doubt for both, making it more believable that his more 'far fetched' theory of a second assassin would not be believed at first.

I dont understand the need for second shooter in the first place. Why take risk when already the first shooter was meant to be killed? What would the second shooter done if the first one hadn't missed his shot? And If the 1st one missed the shot, which he did , he could easily have recoiled and taken a second shot.

Why would they even waste time setting up a second sniper when the first sniper wouldve killed him anyways?

She knows that the shooter can fire without ejecting the spent cartridge right? how the hell did she make the assumption that only 2 shots were fire because 2 shells were found

they recovered 2 bullets from the stage and presumably the body of the president, therefore they know 2 shots were fired
