I have no life so I counted all the shots from the Glock. There's always movie editing magic, so I gave it some benefit of the doubt. considering his magazine can hold 17rds max: 1st Mag(17rds, 16+1) 1 round for a first blood headshot 0:49(1), 2 follow up double tap before catching some return fire in the vest 0:50 (3rds) 1 or 2 rounds for a surprise headshot 2:01 (4-5rds) Double tap at the second wave 2:24 (6-7rds) 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 counted in the following suppressing fire before retreating into the staircase room(15-16rds) Let's say he changed mags there off screen. Just to satisfy our nerdy brains. Now there's 17 in the mag + 1 in the chamber, so 18 shots. 2nd Mag(18?) Count 6 shots coming out of the staircase room(6rds), 11 shown on screen(17rds), + 3 or 4 shots maybe(not sure) heard in the background as Steyr's bursts, while they're running down the ramp, puts down 1 goon temporarily(17-21rds). They each hide behind walls. He is not shown reloading here so there might be movie editing magic, so let's say he has fired 13 or 14. 4-5 left in the mag and the chamber. If he's an oPeRaToR he should be now reloading tactikully, but he doesn't. A goon is killed by wheelchair distraction and 2 shots,(2-3 left) and he fires double tap over the wall, suppressing, in the following firefight(0-1 left) He is finally shown reloading his weapon. 1 round is ejected from his Glock, so that kinda adds up to 18... sort of. He now has 16 in the mag + 1 in the chamber. He can't take his sweet time to pick up the round ejected and load it in his Glock, so 17 shots. 3rd Mag(17) While Clive Owen is fing3ring his enemy's wounds, he fires 6 shots over the wall(6rds) Running down the ramp, 11 shots on screen counted before the duo makes another stop,(17) 5 shots supported on the wall before he is gunned down(22). I would say maybe 4 rounds could be deducted in the name of movie editing magic(18?) In conclusion, he IS hacking lol

Because the integrity of the Kevlar is compromised. In reality you're extremely lucky if the bullet actually catches in the vest if its anything above .45, so most of the time the vest just softens the impact. So basically you've most likely already been hit but are unable to judge the severity of you're wound, restricting your movement and running around with an extra 15-20 pounds on your upper body that is very unlikely to even slow the next hit you take.

TheHootsHoots Last time I checked there’s plenty of Kevalar vests that take dozens of bullets and can still stop more. Kevalar isn’t like glass or ceramic. You would have to hit the EXACT same spot to go through. There’s plenty of Kev that stops all pistols rounds even AP ones. They’re not as weak as you portray it to be.
