Listening to this as an empath who has spiritually awakened, I used to experience everything described here. However, since awakening, my heart chakra has healed and my 3rd eye and crown chakra have opened and that has changed everything. If you resonate with this message, understand that you have been traumatized somehow and that placed a “filter “ on your heart chakra to continually feel pain. When you heal that wound you may no longer be an empath because you will gain far more useful and healthy skills in its place.

So that is the trauma of detachment reason - not being able to cherish and feel happy, when not happy, and not able to pretend someone other than me, and no willingness to spoil happiness of somebody else. Yes, single efforts are best, as no many disasters are from inside-out, but more inside-inside, so safe until renewed.

Listening to conflicts between adults, throughout one's childhood, could cause an invisible childhood trauma too. At the same time, loving and supporting parents/relatives could heal the child as well. This is why parents should not fighting in front of children.

Learning the spirit world unlocks the ways of your life. The animals around you people who crossed you. And the people that are trying to say or do things to you? You have anvtage because the spirit world are people from the past on in your life and your friend and family you really can't trust people. You have to be careful because that happened to me. And the spirit world helped me my Grandfather and grandmother past away and was in my heart I asked for them to help me. They new it was time step in and got threw my painful time. And when I was learning from. My grandfather teaching me the old way. Laugh threw all my body pain my legs ham string were torn. And my grandfather keep me laughing all the time thew the pain. He was a real joker he made everyone. Laugh. So that's how I got threw it. And people couldn't believe it. I started to walk again and recover on my own. My Grandfather is a Dairy man and he was stronger than you think he came threw the spirit world to help me. That happened in my apartment. The funny thing is I'm just like him big and strong nobody can bring down the JENTAL GIANT HAHAHA ❤😊
