I wonder if they pared down their staff so much they just can’t keep up? Terrible company decisions for sure. For example, I thought my account had been hacked so I submitted a ticket. 3 day estimated response time… So they finally got back to me and needed more information. I replied and it was another 3 days to respond to my reply. Thank God I figured it out on my own.
