Ай бұрынSince the introduction of the mutation that allows a dinosaur to drink saltwater, I have wondered if any dinosaur could survive on the islands out in the ocean. No ai spawns there, nor do diet plants-- so carnivores and herbivores (unless they resign themselves to grazing) are both out. However... the beipiaosaurus has a unique ability that allows it to dig up crabs from the bottom of bodies of water. Will crabs spawn out by the islands? If so, we might be in business!

Now we just nest in people and watch natural selection do its than (Two saltwater beipis on the islands could make a huge family)

The growth and stam changes ruined Beipi man, it was such a fun playable in u6.5 but now its pathetic

Beipi got a buff to its swimming stamina along with the nerf to its surface swim speed. It feels much nicer in the hordetest than it used to, but I sure miss Spiro's version...

@@gabrielkanka Seems like on step forward and one step back then because idk why a surface swim speed nerf was warranted. But yeah the spiro version of beipi was extremely fun

You mentioned that you drank enough salt water for the mutation to activate but (I'm assuming) you didn't have a mutation slot for it just yet. How much salt water did you drink? Does it matter how many times you throw up?

You need to empty your thirst meter twice by drinking salt water. I don't think it matters how many times you puke.

can basically live in the islands as biepi... they really should either remove all the portions of the map like this or add food/ai spawns in these places

@@coltonhardy2257 do you know the controls for sniffing them out? You gotta cling to the sea or river bed with ctrl, then q to sniff. Look for bubbles on your scent bar.
