spaceflight101 Yeah? You and your astro friends get together often? Maybe have them save you a seat next time and you all can bring sleep over bags; pizza may be a little cold by the time it gets delivered though. Unfortunately, quick space delivery isn’t a thing yet but I’m sure you and your fake.. I mean.. space friends already knew that. Unless you’re the kind of guy where one things goes through one ear and out the other, I’m sure you’d have known. Unless your asshole.. I mean astro friends didn’t know in which they should have known- not that it’s all too important mind you but still; I’d find that fairly surprising. Do your spacey, I mean space friends stay aboard the shuttle? Or do they go to a satellite? The space shuttle I’m not so sure about, but I’d find it baffling if satellites didn’t have a microwave. If a satellite does come equipped with a fully operational microwave, then the delivery rate may not be so problematic. I know I know, pizza gets sauggy after being thrown in the microwave but I doubt they’d have an oven. I’m sure you guys will figure out the logistics on your next get-together so hopefully there’s no discrepencies there. Let me know when you go up, I have a message I’d like to send across. They’ll know what it means. bitchpeefartshitpoofuck me silly please. I’m a woman w/o men

Why even bring up NASCAR? It is losing its relevance in the US and was never relevant in other countries. Soon it will die and no one will care. Maybe compare it to Indy and F1 which are both on the rise. Coming from as early 2000's NASCAR fan btw. NASCAR never use to be a meme back in the day. It was comparable to F1 in turns of the pinnacle of motorsport. Now it's somehow too complicated and too simple to be relevant. Championship points make absolutely no fucking sense and innovation is completely gone along with the actual speed. NASCAR is dead and I dont care anymore.

Astonishing race with incredibly brave participants. The most amazing aspect [at least to me], is that the big races are 226 miles long. Going that fast in such dangerous conditions is one thing, but to do it for that long [when a one second error can mean death] must take incomprehensible mental fortitude.

I'm 65 now and raced on tracks for 20-years when younger, worst thing to happen to me was sliding off across the grass into hay bales, maybe roughing up my leathers. I always thought about the Isle on Mann but knew these competitors were at a different level than me. I also couldn't afford too as working family man with racing the dirt and track as my main drain on disposable income. Hat's off to these riders, they're a special breed.

It's a pun in the title, but the description is definitely a mistake made by someone who thought the title was the actual name of the race. That aside, it's a really stupid pun. Not really trying to make a statement about gender equality here, but it's not even an accurate pun since there are women who drive the Isle of Man TT as well. Just bad taste and careless mistakes all around.

That was the last lap of the 2010 senior TT, the race had been restarted, and shortened, after Guy Martin crashed and his bike burst into flames sending oil and debris across the track. I used no seat pad--just sat on the frame and plastic body panel . . . my technician used to tell me that if I had time to think about my seat pad, I was not driving fast enough . . . True that you do NOT have time to think about leather discomfort or any other pains when driving . . . LOL. (I never raced the Isle of Man, just club and Pro races in USA as a happy also-ran).

As a former road racer I am amazed that there are that few deaths! It shows their amazing skills! Sad there are any at all naturally but as dangerous as this is, AMAZINGLY not more! This used to be a part of the World GP circuit. The World road racers voted to remove it due to the danger! Men who risk their lives all over the world voted THIS RACE TOO DANGEROUS! I totally understand! My prayers to everyone involved in this! The last true ROAD RACE in the world!

Like Guy Richie says! It's not speed what kills it's stopping. Problems with the TT is there are lots of obstacles to stop you. Another thing he says is you know how fast is relatively safe and when you push for the fastest lap you are going past what's safe and it is a concious decision he makes. Personally saying! To all the riders racing courses like the TT you are very brave pioneers of engineering and technology.

These people are not ordinary. I still recall very clearly when Steve Hislop did the first 120mph lap.... and people were doubting that 125mph would ever be achieved. Now, on 2021, the record is over 135mph.... It is not insane, but it is in the same postcode. Anyone who has a go at the TT or the Manx GP is simply not made of what I'm made of. Remarkable people. Remarkable spectacle. Hats off.

I ride street “sporty” motorcycles, probably too fast and a bit aggressively too often, but this thing is just insane crazy fast; “aggressive” doesn’t even touch the reality of it. I have no idea how those guys do that or get to that level. They can’t react to the roadway, they anticipate the roadway path and turns at 180+ mph! I’d be terrified to do it at half their speed.
