Don't forget to care for yourself even when others don't. This song is Michael. It was him. It's so funny he made this one song and it sums up his whole damn life. I'm very new to this song, I just heard it for the 1st time months ago. But this song already means a lot to me.

From MJ's autobiography "Moonwalk" : "'That's What You Get For Being Polite' was my way of letting on that I knew I wasn't living in an ivory tower and that I had insecurities and doubts just as all older teenagers do. I was worried that the world and all it had to offer could be passing me by even as I tried to get on top of my field." I'm listening to all the music he mentions as I read through it. ❤️ Finding a lot of new-to-me Jackson 5 and Jacksons songs that I'm absolutely loving.

This was literally my Dad’s favorite song. My Pops was my one true best friend! I carried him and his baby brother home on the same day in December 2021 due to COVID. Yes it’s real. My father was making 56 this past January and my uncle would have made 50 this past February. Love the ones you can and u never know how precious life is til it’s gone. Long live my Father, Sr. Positive Vibes Only.

This man sits next to people like; Abraham Lincoln, George Washington Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy etc.. then there's Michael Jackson. Do a little digging, and you will find out that, after he died over 200 policemen searched every inch of his house and found NOTHING!! His lawyer said the only thing they found was a couple of Playboy Magazines and little weed. No kiddie shit was to be found. Do your research before you leave blatant comments about someone who actually cared for the world. Look where R Kelly is? Thats because he ACTUALLY molested someone. U should know the law don't play with pedophilia. If Michael would have touched someone they would've threw his ass under the jail. Oh they wanted to really bad, but see the only way you can put a person behind bars is if they actually committed a crime.

One of Michael’s best vocal performances on a recording. This was straight up real Michael the real Michael I grew up on in the 70s yea we had albums back then and this was the cut man. That young man was always a gifted gifted child we all knew he would be great back then he was the kid always had the glow. The Jackson’s where one of the only acts rode the disco wave and had life after wards that spoke volumes on those kids talent alone besides the fact they where larger than life I mean it was the Jackson’s! But I loved Michael so much and I loved how he sang this song he sang it so well
