It sounds like it could be shadow people or ghosts or something following you, but it could also be an entity (different from a dead person) that attached to you. Try doing a light shielding each morning and before bed. Call upon whatever positive entity you wish to watch over you, then envision yourself surrounded by a huge ball of white light. Repeat a mantra that anything that touches the light will be transmuted into positive energy. I would also see about having an aura hypnosis session to clear you of anything that might have latched onto you. You can also sage your house.
