I read this comic and Vader would have actually lost the second time as well but he threw people off a damn knowing Kirak would choose to try to save them. While he was distracted lifting the people with the force Vader killed him. He was actually more powerful than Vader

Vadar was defeated the second time. he "defeated" infila through cowardice and lack of honor. He broke a dam flooding the city which forced infila to defend the helpless and snapped his neck while he was doing this. But in the "fight" yes...infila beat the brakes of vadar. Twice.

I have the comic book. This does not tell the whole story well. The only reason why Vader killed him is because Vader was going to use a huge water silo to kill the town folk and the dumb ass gave way and tried to stop Vader and it got him killed and the town folk. Bad decision on his part. Vader could have been stopped before he even got started.
