That’s freaking hilarious the way the mother just plops herself in a strangers home like that. I was dying when when Louise tried being polite and george wasn’t having any of it lol

This is VERY rare, but I’m with George on this one. I kind of see where Florence gets her attitude from and Mrs. Jefferson was more than tolerant of her and her mother’s attitude in HER HOUSE.

@@colbyrulesmydoggie4839 I think Elizabeth point might have been there was not many shows that show wealthy black people back back back then. Even Diane Carroll recieve the honor of being the first wealthy black person on Dynasty. So the The Jefferson was changing tv norms making it more inclusive.

What an EXCELLENT comedy show! The Jeffersons was one of the best ever, and there was nothing better than George. Unfortunately in today's "woke" climate, it would be "cancelled".

see how much of the 70s i really mis and then came along Alf in 1986 as well as Knight Rider Auto Man Street hawk incredible hulk cheers Different Strokes the Powers of Matthew star buck Rodgers Battlestar Galactica man I can go on forever with these classic TV shows there were nothing like it no Internet Facebook twitter UTUBE Bluetooth speakers cellphones in those days.
