Yes..the journey continues. I am healing, moving forward, yet the journey continues. There are still triggers...I breathe theough, pray theough, edicate myself , even smile through (because I came through that nightmare when it could have been so much worse). I was not robbed of my kind heartedness, my zest for life, my inner strength. Thank you Andrew, for calling us part of the tribe. It's knowing we don't have to travel this journeyy alone. At first I was just giving commentary to help give support as a 13 year recovery person and the hurdles and insight I have gained in my own life . But as each video goes by it's like watching a boxer that got sucker punched and is now retraining and building themselves up again to be better . So strange to hear someone that speaks and thinks in a similar manner . I should have stopped hanging out with narcissists at birth but I didn't know . I think you should do both type videos . But what the hell do I know right ? 😃
