Hi. I’ve just had another awful encounter with my nmom. I was wondering about spiritual divorce. Have you ever considered this topic? I can’t seem to escape in this life but worry about not severing spiritual ties enough. Is there a mantra or something we can say to ensure we aren’t bound to the evil people in our life in other incarnations or planes of reality?

Thank you Andrew. These words on this video are so true. I hope others out there can be a bit patient with some of the healing. Because it can get better. It might take seemingly forever. But an abuser that was in my life since birth...I finally do not think about whatever karma might hit them and those who chose to help them do what they did and have done to my little family. That abuser does not occupy my thoughts really anymore. I other words it does get better.

That's exactly right about putting one's foot down, establishing boundaries, and no more tolerance for being egregiously mistreated. I was reverse dicarded - the jerk made my life so miserable, painful, sufferable, and dangerous - I was forced to leave on 8/31/2022. Where did he go? To a dude. Instead of cleaning up his act to be with "the one he loves" - haha, yeah, right - he goes to a dude.

I was born into a narc family. As the only daughter, went through he'll. My golden brothers and son were all favored, they don't understand what I went through, nor do they like me. I was the scapegoat of the whole dysfunctional mess. I'm now no contact and doing great!! Thanks Andrew!

Your videos have helped me regain what little of myself there was left. I realized I had been lied to and used abused and discarded for almost 10 years of my life. It hurt a lot and I was made to feel sorry for even being arrested. However, I understand now it wasn't me and my action while not perfect were that of a people pleaser and I was severely codependent. I just want to say thank you for your videos. I'm still healing from my stroke but you and others have given me a way to move forward in my life and start enjoying things again.

Exactly true! Since my narc relationship ended with my ex i found out she cheated on me. I was heart broken and have been healing. I started to focus on myself and although it was 6 years ago i got very ill mentally and emotionally. I decided to heal and i lost 160 lbs and went for a 42 pant to a 36. Healed my health issues by eating organic foods. And taking herbs to heal my ignoring my health problems bcz of my i ignored myself. My narc ex has been slandering me for years now. She had her flying monkeys to ask me to take her back and her son. She’s destroyed her marriage with her secondary supply she cheated on me with. She is aging narcissist and is 32 now and has lost her beauty as she let herself go a bit and her face beauty isn’t a good as it was. She has been injured by her narcissistic behavior and actions. She’s stuck in a unhappy unhealthy marriage with a pos husband who abuses her probably she creates her own storms then cries when it rains. She’s a typical narcissist and slut!!

Ive been 100% no contact for 3yrs now and the woman still tries to wiggly into my life through my kids or grandkids like some predator. I am so proud that my children and I have a united front.
