I LOVE the way Heupel coaches, especially how hands on he is with the QBs.

Already see a vast difference in how Heupel interacts with the players as well as this other staff. The players look way more relaxed and the up-tempo intensity seems to activate the competition energy in the players and the staff is reacting to it. The players are always watching the reactions of the staff. I was very glad to see McDermott out there throwing it as well. Under JP, we probably would not have seen him but clearly he's getting the opportunity to showcase on equal footing. Also these videos are great. Players and fans alike watch them. Gets everyone excited, and gives clear direction of what is expected out of them and we as fans get to watch the growth. As they progress, these videos become video progress reports and references for these players. What was missing before was players seldom could see video progress of their success and build off it. It means the world for these players to be able to do this.
