She's not naive nor dangerous. She was kind to him and he proved her exactly what she contemplated of him before getting involved with his womanizer self. She's a student and a ambitious and hardworking young lady unlike him that wants to leaches off others. She deserves to get back her money period. Not because someone is kindhearted means that the person is weak and naive or silently dangerous.

Very beautiful young lady. Presented her case clearly and even admitted she was hesitant to be in a relationship with this slacker. In all fairness she is very young but knows what she wants in life. She is a breath of fresh air and and level headed. Gentlemen here's a good woman. She's going to learn from this mistake because a great life is awaiting her. That last pledge by the Judge to assist the Plaintiff with 50k made my day. This Judge perfectly understands the situation the young girl found herself. she's still young, inexperienced hence vulnerable so the Court took that ruling to rebuild her confidence in the justice system that she is protected. That's also a very strong message to the youngman if he has sense. God bless.

And people would have been going to count to settle their issues but lawyers make things harder for people, frustrate them to the point they abandon the pursuit of their rights. I have seen her countless times settling people's cases with money from her court, rebuilding cracked homes, I will only say God bless you 🙏 and give you more wisdom to judge. Sincerely speaking the judge is so marvellous in her way if handling cases and she is actually teaching me some levels patience in my personal life. She made me remember of a judge in my state in some years back. He was sending oeople to the prison vurtually every week due to some unwarranted attitude of some people. I swear if l am a judge l woukd have scattered many things because l got angry with the way some people she had handled their cases behaved and thought rhat they were smart. Just imagine the way and manner this guy behaves. Proud and arrogant. He definitely took advantage of the nice beautiful girl. But why do ladies immediately give out money or buy things for guys as soon as they enter into relationships? If u are a lady, listen to me. Stop giving out ur money to guys. They will not give it back to u. Guys are wicked and the more reason they came to u is to extort and swindle u. Trust me. And for u girl, just run. I mean RUN. It is a recurring decimal for him. He does not love u. Go straight to ur studies and succeed. A good man will come. I reiterate, RUN.

Thanks to the court for assisting the young lady with the extra 50k. If the court have an account that they use in empowering, I'll like to add a token. The guy is wicked 15k a month? He will default, not because he doesn't have it but because he's just wicked. Women you better take a picture of this one so you will not fall victim.

She asked him to pay back 5days after given him the money, at that point, he has not rented the apartment. As such, the money has not been used for the purpose it was meant for. So where is the money?

The guy did not rent the apartment, d girl claimed she met him in the same house he was squatting 5 days after she lent him the money...the question is what did he use the money for....he should have been questioned in this regard

The judge is supposed to ask him if he actually got the accommodation and the evidence. If he didn't, from that court straight to prison. No food, no water
