The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) launched the Kenya Youth Employment and Skills (K-YES) program, led by RTI, to give disenfranchised youth across nine counties in Kenya the skills and resources they need to compete and succeed in the workplace. The project transformed the economies of these counties and made a long lasting impact on the youth of Kenya.
