Very courageous of you to come all the way over from England to do this! Hope everyone was pleasant that you met. Last September,my wife and I did Kerry Way from Coad,near Castlecove to near Sneem and back,total 10kms.....not bad,considering wife is 63 and i am 69!! There is a rental house right on the Kerry Way,in Coad,which we rented for the week. Ideal as also had fab views over the bay. Weather sunny all week except for one rainy day. Plan to do a repeat next March. You will find Kerry people hard to understand but very friendly!

Everyone was very friendly, and well done on covering that kind of distance on that terrain aged 69!

I hiked this in June of 2018 based on your recommendation. It was a great hike and we really enjoyed being at the top
