About the tanking -- yeah, what the hell. If I have a player to my right who's tanking and tanking, by the time it gets to me I've already come up with three contingencies about what I'm going to do depending on what he does. I definitely know what I'm going to do if he folds.

Reflecting on your previous video , it was great to see you buy a new home in 2023. Are the banks comfortable lending money to poker players / gamblers or did you pay cash ? Seems like a -EV for them. Best of luck for '24.

Several things are possible. 1. Pure cash purchase. 2. Jaman still has a good job. 3. Big down payment, small payment. 4. Brokered “declared income” loan. 5. Co-signer/co-buyer. 6. Private loan. 7. Rent-to-buy. 8. Purchased as investment property then self-rented. 9. Things I haven’t thought about in 30 seconds.

One thing I never understand. Why a large percentage of professionals insist on playing days. Those are the absolute worst game's on avg of the 24 hr daily period. Yes, the 6.am to about 8:30 am games can be good because of leftovers stuck from graveyard. But mostly after that it's nit city.
