I've been watching your vids for a month now , helping me alot ! Thank you . I set a goal Jan 1st to loose 43.6 lbs by Apr 27 ( I turn 48 ) Im on track and gonna hit it earlier. I forced myself to walk 6km early am & evening after 1.5 hrs in the gym. No I love the routine and don't like to miss it. Work / train harder than everyone else ! Today is day 75 of %100 clean and sober and nothing is gonna stop me because I am working & training harder than anybody I know physically and mentally . It feels so good to be and see my old self, I've smoked weed since I was 15 , I'm 48 now. The last ten years drinking every day after work ( 6 - 12 tall boys every day ) I'm avoiding a family Easter today because I don't want to be put into a situation where everyone will be drinking .
