You can collect a treasure chest of values and ideas from your guests and when you become a father, share it with your kids. I think that is the greatest gift you can give them. I am in the process of making a major shift in my mindset, and sometimes get frustrated by the way I seem to take 2 steps forward, 1 step back, dt self sabotage...I am learning not to beat myself up, to use the negative to trigger more positive response in myself. Today I managed to 'surf' a wave of negativity by doing my yoga, taking care of my body, walking my dog, moving rocks, talking to a friend, and not beating myself up for not being optimally productive today. Thank you for another timely talk!

42:00 great takeaway here how to become a master communicator like Mr. Mylett, he gives realistic concept to start from the ending presentation and work backwards to beginning where most people focus so much how to start and they don't know how to end. Lol he say just end it not avoid take away energy from the audience from their great speech this part is totally revalation to me! Thank you for sharing this the difference being the room with a great communicator vs good those who just draw energy from the crowd and those who put back in energy and affect individual, is among the most greatest communicators.🤗😍🙏

Great interview. Lewis. Only discovered Ed Mylett yesterday and watched a couple youtube videos before this one. Some awesome golden nuggets in there especially "injuries happening for me not to me" and self confidence being a reflection of "reputation with self."

wow brother i had not seen when ed interview you and your story! just been reading your book on the masks and just want to say how amazing it is that you have decided to share your story with all of us. Life can get so dark when we keep things inside it really hits home for me i tried to commit suicide last year and ended up in the phyqueward and was just in such a dark place and after so much work i now feel so greatful to be alive and am glad there is people out there like you helping so many lives because we all need some help sometimes. god bless man!!
