I find that Rebecca's style of squat is the easiest to follow, and out of all the female exercises videos on KZfaq, Rebecca's is the most enjoyable and motivating. Keep going strong Rebecca!

I did this workout and the miley cyrus legs workout and now my legs and butt are now so thick and toned. Like they are now my favorite body part and it makes me feel like Beyonce XD

I love this video so much! I did it everyday for one month and now my butt is sooo pearky! It looks amazing in tight jeans and shorts! Its so easy to do (even for me a total couch potato) and super quick, you can fit into your mornings easily or squeeze a session in before bed! Thanks so much XHIT! My butt is ready for summer! :)

I remember doing this work out like 3 years ago and not being able to even use the five pound dumbbells. Now I’m using ten pound dumbbells on each side and doing the WHOLE work out! Thank you Rebecca ❤️

ok im a really skinny girl and i dont have a butt but since i been doing this work outs this one and some other ones u have my butt grew in like 1 week and u can really like notice it i do these work outs once a day !!

Must you have so many work out videos?!? I've been clicking from one to the other, exercising for over an hour and a half now! I'm surprised all my limbs haven't fallen off yet! Ahaha. jokes, I love your videos!

This girl is in such good shape. I’ve been mostly getting sore in my legs while doing it but not my butt. But I’ve only begun this work out so I need more time to tell
