My entry for the beat 'em up month at Dwelling of Duels. This was actually a request made by a friend some time ago, and now was a perfect time to do it. I lost the MIDI data for the drums while working on the song, so I was only left with what was supposed to be a temporary stereo mixdown. Would have probably made some changes to drums otherwise. But oh well. Might even be for the better.

Well, to remember my imagination during the long boring school days, flying up to this game that i could only play like twice on a saturday a week, this meddley was aready in my heart before you maded it, sounds like this, this is what you sir got out of my heart and maded it to my mind, i thank you, honestly. Means a lot for an old timer like me, i used to play this on arcade when i was like 8-10 yo and now you borugh it back to me, keep rocking and metalling to the end of the times~!

This is easily the best reindition of this fantastic soundtrack. I revisit this video every 6 months or so. It is really hard to capture not only the tunes, but also the spirit of the original and you achieved just that. Such a shame we're unlikely to ever see all of the songs in their entirety.

After playing the arcade port through the recent capcom beat em up bundle, I have to say the SNES version I've been playing since I was as young as I can remember is better in a few ways. Besides animations the sound and music sound better. Mind you I love both and especially this Best track originally has to be the track that plays during the Dark Wizard fight.

Man I love King of Dragons, I played it with my brother back in the day in the Arcades and SNES...Battle on a Mountain Peak and Treasure in an Old Castle are such emotional songs perfectly fit for metal. Really nice arrangements. Do you have some kind of tabs/chords for the main melodies of those songs? I would love to do some acoustic covers with my guitar :D

Dear Ansgaros, I enjoy this cover and was wondering if you had any midi copies of these songs or know any sites where the public produced midi files for it. Sometimes you can find tabs like this this for guitar pro or the more forgetting program tabit. It would be immense fun to take the drum track and explore creativity using the drum programs I have available. I enjoyed your track and listen to it frequently. I prefer it over most mainstream music and it’s perfect for driving my muscle car 😂 P.s - for working out and biking too! HOOOOOOO! I also picture a candy apple red yngwie malmsteen strat and my previous Ibanez 7 string in a strange sparkle raspberry like color playing these tracks
