The whole Gintama event was first added to this game on early October 2018 (Keep in mind that this game was released at July 2018), the event lasts until early November on that game and you won't able to get any Gintama characters after the event ended.

Pretty sure Maxima is available in EN. Just got him not too long ago. Haven't checked the region though, so I'm not sure if things are different for you.

Ethereal It seems the English version is getting gradual additions every week-ish. Launch was two weeks ago, with K’ and Maxima being the most recent “new additions”. It shouldn’t be more than three, four months before the English version catches up with the original Asian version. :3

Leandro Ribeiro absolutely they could they had the KOF Kyo rpg game. It’s the fact that the Japanese don’t necessarily play consoles anymore because of the crazy work schedule of 11 to 12 hour shifts so hand helds like the Nintendo 3DS, PS Vita,Nintendo Switch and Mobile Games are more convenient
