okay so let me point out one small thing. the idea behind the mv being in like a shooting concept is bc sf9 are having a concept now (since the members already started enlisting and keep going) that they are a spy group and agents (each enlisting member is like being assigned and the rest have a new mission). THUS the mv is based on agents undercover and if u read the lyrics at the shooting part it goes like “no ones gonna discover we going undercover”. so yeah thank u for coming to my ted talk and thank u ily mwah

This song is like the sound of opening a can of La Croix - refreshing, vaguely fruity and fun

The first time I watched this mv I thought to myself ‘well... they had no budget’ but the more I looked at it, the more I realized that I was wrong. Yes, they probably were not given the same budget because 3 of the members are not apart of the comeback and that’s always risky sales wise ( they still did AMAZING sales considering their most popular member Rowoon wasn’t apart of the project ) but still, the right amount of money went into the right places. It’s a beautiful music video because of the choices made. The blue set is superb, especially towards the end when you see it in it’s entire scale and especially with the green suits. The song is also so good, I am obsessed with the instrumental, I even listen to it by itself. I feel like it keeps in line with their musical identity since Now Or Never, very dance/house inspired, but it still feels like a new, fresh approach. But they always switch it up just a little bit don’t they? I am inlove and so happy with this, as much as I miss the other 3 members, the boys held it down and showcased how well rounded and talented this group is. A lot of groups crumble with even one member gone but SF9 is so full of talent, anybody could be gone and the rest would still fill in the spot. I am so proud of the boys.

Some people were hating on the set because it’s a ‘box set’ that doesn’t try to hide it. They didn’t fly the boys out to Hawaii but the camerawork, clean lines, and use of colour really show the effort that was put into it!

I was really impressed by how well the vocalists completely filled the spots of Inseong and Rowoon! Jaeyoon, Dawon, and Taeyang don’t sound the same, but they definitely sound more like each other than Inseong or Rowoon, who sound more similar to each other than the other 3 too lmao But hearing the other songs on the album, I really think they did a fantastic job. They sound great and I was so pumped to see a new concept from them! I wish more of my favorite boy groups would try more upbeat concepts like this. I love sexy and whatever else, but I also love something fun like this

At first I was worried that SF9 would be too harsh with deep tones from 3 rappers, missing our honey voices of Inseong and Rowoon. But this album is very refreshing and fun. SF9 sounds great, shining together, with the power of 9. Thank you for the great review, on point. I'm a new Fantasy of 7 months. I've been studying SF9 and The Wave of 9 made me a believer. Wishing my boys great success with their concerts. Fantasy Forever. 🌺

I'm always amazed by how polished their MVs and musics from title tracks to bsides are. I mean we currently have 11 mini albums which are top quality, all of them. It's incredible that they still manage to deliver especially for this comeback since only 6 members participated but also knowing how busy they all individually were.

I just wanted to say the mini album they produced this time is just so so so good. Especially Summer Time Bounce the song is just filled with crack.

This is not their first summer track. They had Summer Breeze also, which i really liked. Currently obsessed with "OK sign" and "Off My Mind" from another album of theirs. Currently my feel good songs :D This song really pops better on stage though (And i LOVE the lime colored clothes they were wearing). The fanchants were insane.

I love this bright concept too. Most of their title tracks before were about heartbreak. The song is catchy, and I can’t get it out of my head. The over-all choreo is perfect too! Try watching their performance. PD was right, SF9 keeps topping every comeback.

So nice to have you back PD!! :D I notice a lot of people mentioning sprite when they watch this mv lol. Or compare it to a commercial (in a good way) and I totally agree! It truly is 'refreshing', both in the way it makes you feel and in terms of their discography! I think they pulled it off incredibly well, also, just because! they are grown men. A fun lighthearted summer comeback is usually associated with youth and innocence - rookie groups often do this, or groups that have that as part of their image, like The Boyz or Astro. Yet this sort of also has a bit of hidden cheekiness and innuendos, that could be innocent but at the same time naughty ;P And it's that subtle sexiness that makes it even more SF9 like to me! All in all, love the vocals, love the rap, ADORE the styling (those lime suits are a cultural reset)!! I think they totally killed it, 10/10 from me too!!!
