Dude, I've been a subscriber since you were around 100k. Just saw this video on my feed and wanted to check in. You're confidence in front of the camera has REALLY changed. You seem a lot more comfortable and just having fun and it shows. Not that your old videos are terrible...Just humbling to see the growth physically and mentally and gives me hope that I could grow more confident in front of the camera overtime. I agree, how does he do it? I just uploaded a 10k food challenge and I was in a much worse way then Adam and in comparison I didn't even eat that much. Great fun choice and right up our street. Mind you that looks like a modest daily calorie intake for a 350lb lifter - probably no where near the ideal macros as was high in carbs, medium fats and modest protein. Come on Larry man step it up dude. Great video man.
