It's a menstrual cup to use instead of pads or tampons. The cup is reusable because tampons and pads will run out.

Brandon is correct about it not being that cold…freezing is 32 degrees and lower. Ellie and Joel have their jackets open. It’s definitely NOT -15 degrees. 😂

As someone who grew up in the filming location (Alberta, Canada) I can confirm. -15f is -26c and that’s pretty dang cold. You’ll be bundled up and likely there would be more snow.

Brandon is right about the weather. If it was in the negatives, the water would be frozen. Trust me, I grew up in Chicago. On my 22nd birthday, with the wind chill, it was -72 🥶

The trees fluctuates from scene to scene sometimes being snow capped, and sometimes not. That means that it is around freezing, but probably only during night. To freeze a large body of moving water you need extended periods of sub zero temperatures. Source: im norwegian

A river can freeze on the surface and deep enough to walk on but the river will still flow beneath the ice, when it was soft snowing like it was the temperature will be at 32F...it is generally colder when it it not snowing, that's why the snow turns to ice...great reaction guys, cya next week..

Wearing a chest binder is a common practice for individuals who are transitioning or non binary and Bella does identify as non binary, specifically under the genderfluid category, which you could say, also, makes her a little more relatable to Ellie's character in the game IYKYK .. this actually helped her and Pedro become even closer in real life due to him having a transgender sister .. he's admitted to becoming very supportive and protective of her (Bella), which I think comes across on screen. Oh, btw, she's 19 years old.

The heart to heart with Tommy is the best scene ever. Seeing Joel so vulnerable and trusting. Tommy allowing him to voice his concerns/insecurities made it so moving. I cried.

Actually I think virtually all of it was filmed in Alberta. I used to live near many of these locations. They were super recognizable

It took me so long to realize Brandon was right about the temperature, because I kept thinking about Celsius, not Fahrenheit. 32 F and below is freezing, so around 30 or 15 is what I would think of as "negative" Maybe Ron was thinking in Celsius for some reason? idk

I live in Canada on the East Coast. We commonly see temps anywhere from -40 C to 0 C(-40 F to 32F) in the winter. Snow is most likely to fall between -10 C to 0 C(14 F to 32).

They filmed in Alberta in a winter forest. It likely would have been down to 23 - -5F. The river, because it is flowing water, creates friction and is warmer, but the area around the shore would have some thin ice. Windchill and occasional arctic airflow will freeze a river further out into the river flow. You have to be much further north to get a full river freeze. (A Canadian who learned our weather patterns)

The horse isn't fake, it's actually just sleeping 🤣 you can tell because one of the back legs is relaxed. Well trained horses often stand like that.

If the trees have snow the. It’s probably a wet sticky snow so it’s warmer, then the trees have no snow and the snow is partially gone so it’s been melting. If it was negative there’d definitely be ice floes.
