Fascinating stuff. It sounds incredibly frustrating when they miss the mark (dialogue talking over accessibility descriptions is particularly egregious), but I hope developers can keep improving their accessibility design. I really like the sound of controller vibrations that accompany dialogue, that's pretty cool.

I was wondering, how accurate are the subtitles vs speech? I've played a few Naughty Dog games (amongst too many others) where they do not match. Fortunately for me it isn't much more than a pet peeve but it's weird that it is still an issue. Also ahh that is such a good point about audio descriptions/other accessibiility stuff providing context. I mean you're telling a story, you need to make sure the emotional impact you're intending is there for everyone (ofc feelings/reactions are subjective but if a player doesn't know why they're doing a thing, there's no possibility of the story having a reaction you want).

Can you please talk soon about the game "Lost and Hound"? Apparently, it's already out, and designed to be playable for people with blindness.
