I think she did a good job. Even though she droppet it a little towards the end there. At least she knows what she's talking about. She has even played the first game. Love how she started with questions that all gamers would ask, even though, ofcourse, you wouldt get the answers to. Better to have an interviewer who has some understanding of the material at hand. Usually they don't.

He was bringing up trailer 2 being connected to the theme of hate in the game about Ellie, which for me is more proof Anna, or Ellie's mom is NOT in trailer 2, but Ellie's sister, friend, or girlfriend. I think the game will flashback to Anna but it'll be a total surprise. They gave us a red herring to make everybody jump to thinking it's Anna, it worked.

The Uncharted panel was great and better because it was moderated by Greg Miller. When you have a game jounalist asking questions to a developer that leads to more interesting conversations which exactly turned out to be the case.

Microtransactions and online multiplayer is secondary in Uncharted series and pretty much all Naughty Dog games. The problem occurs when it becomes an integral part of the gaming experience like shit that happened with EA.

Since there is no story elements in MMO and other multiplayer segments of single-player games, you cannot label them linear or non-linear. It's just pure gameplay and in the past few years such model with its microtransactions and loot boxes caused a lot of uproar among gamers. You don't see that much hate when it comes to single-player experience. I think it will only get worse with time, unless gaming industry learns something from the recent EA fiasco.

KGOSHI NTSOANE and I know 😭 but it would be cool for them to tell more stories of survivors through collectibles because the way they told Ish and the kids story through paper was so captivating to the point where everyone thought that would’ve been the story dlc. I would love for them to explore outside of Ellie and Joel or Ellie and muscle lady throughout the game.

Gaudy, ne Ellie's mom is probably dead the note that Ellie has in her backpack written by her mom is covered in blood if I'm not mistaken, when we see her in the game it will likely be in the past.

You could probably get in contact with naughty dog and ask to play an early work-in-progress version of the game, or at least maybe learn the story. I'm sure they'd be glad to help you out.

Battlefront 2 and other games along those lines locking hours and hours of gameplay behind loot cases. It's becoming a trend with most developers at this current point in time. With games like this one, you get everything you want right from the get-go, you know. Naughty Dog gives us the full package to experience how we want

By the way to be honest, the panel was kinda underwhelming, and also I didn't expect it to be great, as I know they wanted to keep most of the things secret, so even in an interview, we won't be getting many info, you can definitely see how's everyone respond carefully. +bear & rabbit Yeah it was extraordinarily underwhelming.. especially coming off of the heels of the Uncharted anniversary panel. I asked myself halfway through watching it "why did they even bother" because not much was said other than the E3 trailer and that those two characters are siblings, but I'd much rather those been a secret also. The performance with Troy and Ash was absolutely beautiful though! I love that song so it was really cool to see them perform!

Yeah, the Uncharted panel was great, because they could freely share on everything they've been through, and it makes me miss Uncharted so much, I miss the characters, Nate, Elena, Sully. I'm actually having teary eyes couple of time watching that, all the feels... Actually I personally think that is actually no need to have a Last of Us Part II panel, unless they got something practical to show, such as new screenshots, new concept art or something, but they literally offer nothing other than the opening performance. Although that play was beautiful, and once again, I was having teary eyes when I hear Ellie sings, wait, or Ashley. XD

M R I wouldn't say it was "terrible" but definitely it didn't make personal expectations yet it's understandable since Neil states it's only above halfway done through development.

M R Totally agree, I just finished it and I was left wondering... Why do a panel if you're unable to speak about the game. There was really no point to it. The host was pretty bad as well so that made it worse.

The host wasn’t very good either. She’s only been a fan for two years and was added bc of her celebrity status. She also pretty much said she only played the Last of Us and no other games. She wasn’t professional in her interviewing too much either, asking the crew questions that made them uncomfortable since they couldn’t answer them. It’s like if someone got to interview the entire cast and crew of Avengers: Infinity War when 1) all of their knowledge comes from a few of the MCU films and 2) they don’t know a lot about the process of films, and only got to be a host to the interview because of celebrity status. Throughout the panel I could tell she made at least a few of them really uncomfortable, especially Neil. He looked like he had a lot to talk about, but the host only asked him about fan theories and when the game is coming out. And I’m sure the host, Hannah Hart, is a very nice person and did some research beforehand, but she needed a co-host at least. That’s just my opinion tho. I’m not bashing her (even though I’ve been critical), I just don’t think she was the right host for a panel that needed a host who would ask the right questions to make the panel interesting instead of just getting the answer of “we can’t tell you that.”

She's trying to make everything about her when everyone just wants to hear the amazing actors/writers/director of TLOU talk about the game and their experiences. It makes me think she doesn't really care about this game, at least as much as the average fan.
