This is good , I mean really good, but is too fast at times, it loses its feeling when it’s too quick. A small measure of piece or a way of life tell much more of the story too. IMO. Massive fan of your work.

I lived in Japan from 1967 thru 70. I loved this movie and could understand a lot of what they were saying even without subtitles. This piano rendition is even more beautiful than the music played on the movie.

This made me cry... it’s entirely beautiful and encapsulated the sadness and pain in the final scenes in the movie yet also brings a sense of peace and calm that come in the final moments of Katsumoto’s life.

I could watch this movie any day. I have seen it so many times it's impossible to count. Playing the theme on the piano certainly brings new life into an already beautiful theme. Then again, Hans Zimmer.... can't go wrong with anything written by him. arrangements are going to be amazing. Love the interactions between Ogren and the Japanese family he ended up with; how he grew to care about those kids...

There is a moment you have sometimes. And in that moment you hear something so incredible that your brain just stops working. These moments are very rare and you only have like 20 of them in your entire life. I just had one of them. Patrik i swear man, don't ever stop. I will learn this piece with everything i got. Beautiful playing Patrik, as always. I do so wish I could play piano (or any instrument) with your level of competence and grace. Hans Zimmer's scores are wonderful transcendent journeys that give each movie a greater/higher emotion and meaning to the story/viewer. Thank you for all of your hard work bringing these to us. My sons are musicians, so I know the amount of effort, software and equipment (i.e., money) that goes into production of high-quality videos such as these - plus so much time and effort beyond the brilliant performances.
