When Retevis sent me the RT21 FRS HT with the request that I range test it in an urban environment, I was reluctant at first. FRS radios aren't really my bag and I knew that inan urban environment, the results were going to be very disappointing, at best. I figured I might as well throw in a GMRS HT for comparison and throw a little more fuel on the fire of the FRS vs. GMRS debate.
