Seems logical to me. In fact i use to practice scales (or whatever) so fast enough to understand and internalize the meaning of what I am trying to learn (not fast but fluid speed). I will take a look that podcast no doubt. And resting thing works too in any area of life. Thanks!

A sequence of notes. The scales in the this video are pretty rare. The major scale and the natural minor scale are more common.
