I'm in bar Prep review for the California Bar Exam. 🍸 ❤ The Gorton v. Doty is a monumental ruling for all to be familiar with in law school! Tremendous takeaways: 1. "You can have an agency relationship without a contract." ❤ 2. The watch scenario is amazing! - minute 18:00 give or take.

I am watching in 2024 because I am suing the state and two co-defendants for seriously violating my rights. The contractors are, by statute, agents of the state.

So I’m essentially watching battlerap videos and somehow 15-20 videos later I ended up here lol and I’m glad I did. His passion and grace for teaching made me stick around for the whole video and now I have knowledge in something I wouldn’t have ever stopped to listen to listen to before.

As a serviceman, it could be contended that he was on-site to be available if needed so therefore there in his duty to habitat on the job and be willing to be called to duty at any moment. Therefore, he was acting in the scope of employment

For disclosed agency, explicit in nature, vicarious liability lies on principal but since having no personal control for offence committed, criminal liability can be avoided by principal for violative act never sought to be performed by agent....

Whom can I sue? Who will get my complaint? Also in formal English not supposed to end any sentence with a preposition, and yet News broadcasters do it. I'm an undergraduate at college of Southern Nevada seeking AAS business management I'm watching this for legal environment class with Dr Malik Kendricks But the accounting is absolutely unfathomable, so I might be switching to real estate. But the business degree has a double accreditation, more prestige

On the trying to prove that the couch was acting on behalf of the lady teacher, can't we say that the court dwelt on the fact that she might have been the one driving the car alone but she placed that duty on the coach thus he was now acting on her behalf?

Cancel their POA on your property, then record your documents in a private folder Copyright your name, claim your birth record, your family records, titles, deeds, etc. on a Non UCC and obtain a 98 series Estate EIN the Court Recorder acts as your POA on your behalf without your knowledge.

Like the transition of doing something good. And turning it into a business. So I can go back and sue all my past agencies for wrongdoings, not upholding agreements? Sueing every one because there responsible. So I can sue you for a mistake a student made because he learned from you his agency? Maybe this is part of problem

There is no agency relationship because Miss Doty was never hired to drive the students in the first place. More likely than not, coach karst was the agent of the school because somebody working for the school should have been the pilot of that vehicle. It would have been okay according to miss Doty if someone else had driven because it would have been an assignment, a substitute. 💯

Credit is Legal Tender Title 12 USC sub-section 411 , Full Faith and Credit Obligation of the united States of America. Title 18 USC ss 8 under the Law United States of America account Obligation or other Security of the United States define the"Term' Obligation include all bonds, certificates of indebtedness, National bank currency. Federal reserve notes, Federal Reserve Bank Notes, coupons United States notes. Treasury notes , good certificate, Silver Certificate, Fractional notes , Certificate of deposit , bills. Checks , or drafts for money drawn by by or Authorized Officer by the United States, Stamps and other responsibilities thereof.

17:00 "My watch'. Define 'my'. Are you claiming 'ownership' of the watch? Can you prove that? How did you 'pay' for it... with FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES? Then does 'The FED' have a first lien position on the watch? If one doesn't 'own' the watch in the first place... how can one put another in the position of 'agent' for something one doesn't have ownership of in the first place?

This is late answer but i'll just put it out there. His watch is a personal item and he can simply prove 'ownership' by possession or receipts. It is not real property where you need a written deed document to prove ownership which is a different story.

O.k. Professor Geis... riddle me this! Is the one using the legal NAME then deemed 'agent' for the legal NAME (by the STATE?) that I'm led to believe is property of the STATE? If so... how? By whom? Is this implied by conduct? Does simply using the legal NAME make the 'agent' liable for everything done in the legal NAME?! If so... how? If not... who would be liable??? Is 'agent' synonymous with 'trustee' or having similiar duties (trustee de son tort?)? Anxiously awaiting (but not anticipating) a reply. Lol!

I think they're getting over on us by the adhesion contracts, my objection is that they never give full disclosure on these contracts.

Community service, volunteering to help. Not a business. Blessed car as a good deed... Was it a mechanical failure with the car. First foremost Sueing, not enough information. She gathered that coach responsible for all these kids. Reliable. In good judgement. Has license qualified to drive under law. Car insurance has these protections. Someone's dead. On her conscience on top of injury from trying to do something nice. Due diligence? Don't believe so. Charity
