Honestly dude gave some good advise. Eating healthy does actually make you feel considerably better and being active does too. Even mentally if you’re inside most of the day every day, change that when you can. Find some hobbies outdoors, even if it’s just taking a walk in the park you’ll be in a much better place. Shutting yourself up in a dark room all day and having a diet consisting of Mountain Dew, fast food and Elfbars is just a sure fire way to lock yourself in a depression.

It depends.... Growing up poor, I juggled multiple jobs at once to make ends meet. Time passed, now I'm a full-time KZfaqr. However, I wouldn't say it makes me work ANY LESS. Being a KZfaqr is like owning your own business. You can either work your ass off, or vibin and making content when or how ever you please. There's no BOSS to tell you shits. So, some KZfaqr put their heart and souls into making one video, sitting in front of a screen 80hrs/week trying to sculpture the most perfect video for their channel (sometimes mine takes WEEKS just for the edits) and it depends HEAVILY on your type of content and your audiences also. Channels like AndrewJRT, TwoStar, PopCrossStudio, etc., is a GREAT example of my statement. Long story short, KZfaq can be as hard as YOU want it to be.

To be fair, it's important to acknoledge the difference between mental draining and physical draining. I don't have much experience with Gaming content, I personally do creative things, but I experience a ton of mental exhaustion which translates into my physycal energy levels as well. Of course this is different for everyone, and this kid seems like a total joke for sure... But I don't believe saying it doesn't exist is the right way to approach it. At the end of the day for some it will be easier than a 9-5, and for some it will be MUCH harder. That doesn't mean it's not a dream job though.

Literally the point you made. Make the videos you want to. That is your channel, and your fans might even watch whatever weird vibe you had that day. I see all the time a creator ask if the fans want scripted or improvised videos and it's always landslide improvised. When you enjoy the things you create, the end product show that. All my favorite creators are just real, don't even care how small their community is cos there likely just as real.

For anyone that's actually struggling with some bad habits (like drinking too much soda or energy drinks, not eating healthy, so on.) A solution that's been working for me is not to immediately quit something, it's to slowly phase it out by drinking smaller amounts of soda or eating smaller amounts of unhealthy food. And then once you're willing to truly give it up, you can try stopping completely.

I'm a bartender, and while I admit it's not the most physically demanding job, even standing up for 5-9 hours a day is not easy. But the reason I am commenting this is the "mentally draining" part. I have to hear hundreds of peoples issues that I don't care about like an underpaid therapist all day but you don't see me complaining on tiktok. All I am saying is content creators have an amazing job, no manual labour, low risk, low stress, super high paying job. And should be more grateful. (Not pancho I meant the people like the guy he's reviewing)

thank god I joined the military and became a diesel mechanic and only stand a watch in the middle of the night 3 times a week. And thank goodness I have restrictions on literally how I fix my hair, groom my mustache, and get tattoos. Couldn't imagine how hard being a content creator is. (which personally, I honestly don't think my life and job is difficult, but it is far different and more tiring than sitting on your butt all day clicking buttons and watching videos)

Although as a high schooler that hasn’t gotten a job yet. What I do is I get up around 5:30 in the morning and get to school around 6:08, then I have running practice that takes almost an hour to do, after that, I have my first meal in the school cafeteria. Then I go the entire day, restless and both mentally and physically tired as I go through my school day. After all that I get back home just to do more chores and then finally sleep. Going through a day with 7 hours of sleep can easily be drained because of what I go through. But I don’t know, since I haven’t had a job yet.

Caffeine is never good for your digestive system. Sure it somewhat speeds up your metabolism but it also tend to fuck up your gut bacteria the more you drink it. Not to mention the cardiovascular problems that come with regular caffeine use. The only good form of caffeine is no caffeine, ironically you’ll also be more energetic if you don’t rely on caffeine to get your body working lol

Bro the fact that I once lived like this scares me. Back like 2 years ago I was skinny-fat Jeffrey just like this guy who was not doing anything in his life beside playing games, I was doing bad in school and I remembre being realy depressed at the time like every single day was shit (I was 15 at the time) untill I started going to gym during summer break with my friends. I now look better, feel better, have better grades and overall just more happy then I used to be. I grew from a guy who wanted to like a streamer or content creator to a guy who wnats to be a fitfluencer or trainer and to have a lot of money. I grew from a guy who was gaming after school to a guy who goes to gym after school. I am 17 now and I still wanna be better and I am planing to make a lot of money when I grow up to be able to provide for my family. Ofc I play games sometimes but not as mutch, the only bad habbit that I realy have rn is vaping but I would not call myself addicted because I realy do it cause well idk. My point is that you always need to improve both fizicaly and mentaly and to all people who think this is some sort of bullshit just try to hit the gym for like a month 4 days a week and you will see a diffrence.
