@@madmanmanx Yeah, New Zealand, 1854, the LDS missionaries meet the Maori, ignorant of their customs, yet their encounter was seen as the fulfillment of a prophesy. Being dissatisfied by Anglicans and other Christians, Chief Paora Potangaroa received a spiritual massage that none of these churches were right, and dictated a "covenant" that prophesied a new faith will come and the signs to look for. They'd be young men from the east, traveling in pairs, who raise their right hands (or arms) when they pray. These and many other details lead thousands of Maori to join the church. Believing the "Io" sect of their religion to be of Israelite origin but unable to find themselves in the Bible. They've zeroed in on the Book of Alma of the seafaring people of Hagoth, believing they are descendants of the Nephites. (Bitton, "Mormons, Scripture, and the Ancient World", p245)

My neighbor had a fossilized shoe print in his garage that was HUGE, like double the size of a normal foot. He found it somewhere near Peace River, Alberta while working on a construction project. I saw it with my own eyes and handled it and it was very real. The shoe print was embedded in rock. It definitely looked like a human foot/shoe print. It was long and narrow”ish”not like the stereotypical Bigfoot image. There were no defined toes either. I wish I took a photo. I’ve moved since then, unfortunately. I believe he may have kept it to himself because his family were devout Catholics and probably didn’t know what to think of it, especially in light of evolutionary theory.

I've been on this Led Zeppelin kick lately. One of their songs sums up the purpose of life very sufficiently; "I was a young man, I couldn't resist. Started thinking it over, just what I had missed, got me a girl, and I kissed her and then and then, whoops, oh Lord, yeah, well, I did it again. Now I got ten children of my own, I got another child on the way, that makes eleven, but I'm in constant heaven." That's pretty much all of it, all of life's meaning is in those sentences.

There is another mine on the Wasatch front that you have never hear of in Salt Lake Valley. It is in Ferguson's canyon. The story goes that a man named Ferguson found a ledge of gold in this canyon but was told by Brigham Young not to reveal it because of what may have become a situation similar to the California gold rush. Ferguson never got back up the canyon to show anyone where it was and to this day it still undiscovered. I used to deer hunt in that canyon 30+ years ago. It is very steep canyon and has a bowl at the top of the canyon.

Does anyone know when the LDS church is going to publish the William Clayton's diary (JS's chief scribe detailing his polygamy) from the church vault? They promised to publish it back in 2017, but still don't see it. I wonder why? I can't wait to learn more about mormon history straight from horse's mouth.
@kendarcie6613
@kendarcie6613 9 ай бұрын
I saw this was released, but not by LDS: William Clayton's diary (Joseph Smith's chief mormon scribe): "9 March 1843, Thursday Nauvoo During this period the Prophet Joseph frequently visited my house in my company, and became well acquainted with my wife Ruth, to whom I had been married five years. On day in the month of February, 1 843, date not remembered, 22 the Prophet invited me to walk with him. During our walk, he said he had learned that there was a sister back in England, to whom I was very much attached. I replied there was, but nothing further than an attachment such as a brother and sister in the Church might rightfully entertain for each other. He then said, "Why don't you send for her?" I replied, "In the first place, I have no authority to send for her, and if I had, I have not the means to pay expenses." To this he answered, "I give you authority to send for her, and I will furnish you with means," which he did. This was the first time the Prophet Joseph talked with me on the subject of plural marriage. He informed me that the doctrine and principle was right in the sight of our Heavenly Father, and that it was a doctrine which pertained to celestial order and glory. After giving me lengthy instructions and information concerning the doctrine of celestial or plural marriage, he concluded his remarks by the words, "It is your privilege to have all the wives you want." 23 After this introduction, our conversations on the subject of plural marriage were very frequent, and he appeared to take particular pains to inform and instruct me in respect to the principle. He also informed me that he had other wives living besides his first wife Emma, and in particular gave me to understand that Eliza R. Snow, Louisa Beman, Desdemona W. Fullmer and others were his lawful wives in the sight of Heaven. "

The LDS scholars seem to admit the historical records indicate that Joseph Smith used a seer stone and hat to translate the BOM. The mine was cursed and supposedly Butch Cassidy(from that area) refused to take any gold when they were hiding out from the sheriff’s posse. His buddy took some gold even after being warned by Butch, and died shortly after. I hope I’m remembering it right. I read the book 30 years ago. I will talk to my brother if you want to go sooner than next summer. I married my hubby out there after moving from Bountiful. He is a true horseman, but, its been years and at our age, I’m hoping he can someday get on a horse again! A real cowboy! He’s been farming for the church for over 25 years and we’ve never been able to move back. I miss the Uintahs!

LOOK LOOK >>>> Did you know the LDS church published the "Gospel Topic Essays" on the offical church website?! In the essays the LDS church admits Joseph Smith translated the BOM with a seer stone that he was using for his treasure digging business (until he was arrested for fraud). The LDS church also admits that Joseph Smith's translation of the BOA is a fraud after the ancient egyptian texts where found to be common funeral scrolls created thousands of years after Abraham lived.

Liar, Joseph denied he was a treasure digger. Joseph was not convicted of fraud as there was no case. Only an idiot doesn't know papyrus doesn't last forever, it gets recopied, so if the original said it was written by the hand of Abraham, so would every subsequent copy, no matter when the copy was made.

@@treystone9464 You can read the GTE right on your own **official LDS church website** and see that I am not a liar: "Joseph acknowledged in his official history that Josiah Stowell had hired him in 1825 to assist in a treasure-seeking venture in northern Pennsylvania.1 Stowell wanted his help because Joseph was reputed by some of his neighbors to be a “seer”-someone who could look into a special stone and find lost or hidden objects" There is an official arrest record also: On March 20, 1826, Smith, age 20, was arrested by Constable Philip De Zeng and brought to court in Bainbridge, New York, on the complaint of Josiah Stowell's nephew, who accused Smith of being "a disorderly person and an imposter." Joseph Smith was accused of fraudulently taking money to use a seer stone to find buried treasure. ALSO from the GTE on the OFFICAL LDS SITES: "None of the characters on the papyrus fragments mentioned Abraham’s name or any of the events recorded in the book of Abraham. Latter-day Saint and non-Latter-day Saint Egyptologists agree that the characters on the fragments do not match the translation given in the book of Abraham, though there is not unanimity, even among non-Latter-day Saint scholars, about the proper interpretation of the vignettes on these fragments.27 Scholars have identified the papyrus fragments as parts of standard funerary texts that were deposited with mummified bodies. These fragments date to between the third century B.C.E. and the first century C.E., long after Abraham lived."

The Jaredite men were on average 6 feet 2 inches tall. Ham was 6 foot 10 inches tall. Ham was average for someone who was male that was part of the Tribes Of Cain that existed prior to the Great Flood. In fact the word "Ham" wasn't actually Ham's real name originally, it was a nickname that Ham himself later on his life adopted because it described him. "Ham" meant "Half" or "Midway". This was an insulting pejorative nick name that Ham was given by other boys his same age because to be anything other than excellent in key traits meant that that person would eventually get killed by men of the High Cain Council. A Cain_Ite male needed to be great in strength and athletic ability, have an incredibly high I.Q. (188 minimum), and have superior magic capability in the key areas of magic. Additionally he needed to be able to persuade the white people who weren't part of the Twelve Tribes Of Cain to take actions that would lead to their own personal destruction and also the destruction of the societies that they lived in. "Ham" (not his real name) was average in everything. That was barely enough to keep him alive because only those who rated high enough were allowed to survive. But Ham was a little bit naive, so it was clear to his young peers as he was growing up that he would never make it, he was average, not superior, and the Black Cain Tribespeople were extreme supremacists... they were working night and day against the White people of planet Earth to enslave them through the agents or moles they controlled in the various white nations that existed back then... sort of like Russian agents and Russian moles where some are from Russia or have Russian ancestry, but many have no Russian ancestry they just want to sell out whatever country they are living in to foreign enemies to get money, fame, fortune, etc. etc. etc. (Yes that last sentence was an inside joke, wink, wink, wink.) So essentially the boys of Cain were playing the Survivor Reality Game Show, except for real, starting right after they were born. Half of the males of Cain were executed if they did not win or get a high enough placing when it came to mental competitions, magical competitions, physical strength and athletic prowess contests. Ham had managed to survive until he was 12 years old, but it was clear to everyone that he would not make the cut even though he was superior to most of his competitors when it came to physical strength, but he could be fooled by other Cainish boys and so therefor he had the reputation for being "naive". The men of Cain were bigamists, they took two wives but no more (and no less) than that. This fact is in conjunction with the practice of the Tribes Of Cain where they always killed half of their boys because they were the ones that didn't survive the various and sundry competitions devised by devious Cain (the father of all of the desert tribes of Cain). Missionaries of The City Of Enoch entered the area of the men of Cain who dwelt in the desert and preached the Gospel Of Jesus Christ to all of them. Like Enoch these Missionaries were Half Cain Half commoner (long story, won't go into it). Like Enoch they had great magical power partially because of ancestry, partially because they did what Moses did to gain even greater magical power directly from God through upgraded genetics. Consequently they were able to overcome the magicians of Cain enough so that they were able to deliver their message of Pre_Flood Christianity. Not surprisingly "Ham", the one who was average in almost everything (except physical strength... but when growing up from a child around magicians that's not very important) who knew for certain he wasn't going qualify during the final ruthless tribal testing, he acted as if he wanted to be a Christian. So like several others he converted or seemed to convert to becoming an Enochian Christian. But when the City Of Enoch was transported through a Star Gate to another planet in this Universe, "Ham" refused to go with the rest, but instead promised to safeguard Noah and his family which consisted of Noah, Noah's wife, and Noah's three daughters. It was Ham that recruited Japheth (a Zero Royalty Peasant) and Shem, who was a 1/8th Royalty Warrior so that the three daughters of Noah would have a husband for each one of them. With Noah and his wife that made for 4 married couples. Ham always wanted to take over control of the government of planet Earth so he wanted those who were low in Royalty to be on the Ark so that after The Great Flood he would be able to take over physical control of the entire government of planet Earth. Since none of the women on the Ark were Black, there was no way to give birth to babies that were full blooded magician like how things were before The Great Flood. Ham kept his nick name and made it his own regular name because to him it was funny that all those in his Black society who claimed they were so wise and Ham so foolish, they were all now dead. Clearly being average (average by the standards of the men of the Tribes Of Cain) was superior. So his nick name, which meant average, was far above average (when it came to magical power and mental prowess) after The Great Flood... thus the joke with his nick name that he turned into being his own name, an inside joke (to himself no one else) that "Ham" liked very much. The male children of Ham, because they were sired from either Zero Royalty Peasant women or 1/16th Royalty descendants of 1/8th Royalty Shem and Shem's Zero Royalty wife, the male children that resulted from Ham's polygamy grew up to be on average 6 feet 5 inches tall. The 9 feet tall skeletons that were found by Mormons and by Non_Mormons over the years were from The Pre_Flood days. The Bible tells about giants. The Giants were were 1/16th Royalty. For some reason when you take a Zero Royalty person and a 1/8th Royalty person of the opposite gender, sire children, the 1/16th genetic Royalty children are sometimes extremely tall (not always, but sometimes this is so). This was the case with Goliath and several others who lived during the time of the Israelites living in Israel. While they are tall and big they also tend be criminally oriented because they are half_castes, neither fish nor fowl as the saying goes, neither someone of the 1/8th Royalty soldier class (or caste) nor of the zero Royalty peasant worker_bee class. The White Egyptians, who were all demon spirit possessed through female child sacrifice rituals, they would choose the stupidest and weakest of the males to forcibly breed down the Black descendants of Ham. The evil dead spirit of Cain was the one that always inhabited whoever was the Emperor of the Egyptians. Cain's spirit was extremely vindictive to Ham and his descendants that looked most like him (Black skin, boxer nose, curly hair etc. etc. etc.) because Ham refused to restart the demon spirit possession Devil Worship religion. Instead it was the original white Pharaoh (being persuaded to do this by his first wife) who did that (who restarted the demon spirit possession religion after The Great Flood). The Black Jaredites were of two kinds. Those who had been bred down when it came to the amount of Royalty they had in their genetics through forced intermarriage with White Peasants that the Egyptians caught and turned into their white slaves, and those who retained their Half_Ham Royal genetics and were never forcibly bred with white peasant people. Two groups of Black Egyptian slaves escaped and were able to sneak their way to the Tower Of Babel, one was Half_Ham Royalty, the other were those who were 3/16ths Ham. Those who were 3/16ths Ham became the Jaredite Warrior Class, those who were Half_Ham became those who were the established ruler class (or caste) who were also the military officers. So there is information about the various heights of different people discussed in this KZfaq video. . . .

Smith wasnt part of the 'Snufferites', he was hoped to take over a resurrected form of the RLDS before he died. The other guy was a friend of Denver before he went to Brazil and had a blog. Before he died, he renounced the brazilian claim.. Id say both are forgivable since they were both aging and both said odd things as they got older that were.... out of character.
