It's time to dive into Episode 6 of Season 1 of THE LEGEND OF VOX MACHINA as I share my reaction and review of the episode with you fellow adventurers!
The Legend of Vox Machina is an American adult animated fantasy streaming television series produced by Critical Role Productions, Titmouse, Inc., and Amazon Studios, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on January 28, 2022. It is based on campaign one of the Dungeons & Dragons web series Critical Role. The series stars Matthew Mercer (Trinket, Sylas Briarwood and other voices), Ashley Johnson (Pike Trickfoot, gnome cleric), Travis Willingham (Grog Strongjaw, goliath barbarian), Laura Bailey (Vex'ahlia "Vex" Vessar, half-elf ranger), Liam O'Brien (Vax'ildan "Vax" Vessar, half-elf rogue), Taliesin Jaffe (Percival "Percy" Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III, human gunslinger), Marisha Ray (Keyleth of the Air Ashari, half-elf druid), and Sam Riegel (Scanlan Shorthalt, gnome bard) reprising their roles from Critical Role's first campaign. #TheLegendOfVoxMachina #VoxMachina #CriticalRole

I just can't get over how Travis delivered the "I will... Fucking... Murder... EVERYONE!!" line. I think it's my favorite line of dialogue in the show so far :D

Marisha mentioned once in some q&a that there was a time when she was strongly considering having keyleth take a level of barbarian. It's always the quiet ones.

Yep. The biggest, and maybe only, reason why she didn't was that Keyleths whole goal was to become the archdruid (aka. lvl. 20 Druid) for her people. If that hadn't been the case... well I guess Druid/Barbarian multiclass would have become her thing.

the choral piece that starts during Percy's Moment with Stonefell is called No Mercy Percy and i think its the best direction they could have gone with it. so fucking eerie and epic. one of my faves on the ost and my brother and i were just talking about that Naruto moment the other day!

IIRC, there were seven de Rolo children, 4 boys and three girls. Yeah, the Briarwoods massacred a rather large family to get that prime real estate.

Actually in the campaign I would probably say Vax was the leader st this point. But is shifts to Vex over time.

absolutely LOVE what they are doing with this show!!! I watched all of campaign one, so I know the story really well, but there are still little surprises in this series that are just awesome (the door scene was classic!!!) Cassandra is the sister Percy thought had died while they were trying to escape. I am also loving the character development with all of them (Percy especially since he was my favorite, next to Vax). I am so glad they are doing this arc first!!! It's a great way to introduce the show. I think next week is the last week (the last three episodes). If that is the case I am going to be so sad because these episodes are amazing. I am so glad season two has already been confirmed. Also...the Naruto episode...yes I got that reference and you are right!!!.
