We now begin to explore the surface of the Rabella Wetlands region starting with the area north of the tower! An enemy camp has a Korok on the overhang, so we’ll start here and clear out the enemies. There are several strong Bokoblins as well as a Silver Boss Bokoblin, so definitely make sure to have plenty of healing items! In the process, we get a Diamond from freeing the captive in the monster stronghold as well as several strong monster parts to fuse to weapons. Once done, we proceed to the small plateau nearby where another couple of Koroks are located. One just requires offering an apple at a pedestal while another is an escort. This Korok escort may also help you out in finding a cave that might be tough to spot. This is one of those instances where a shrine in the current region is located in a cave with its entrance out of region. In these cases, I go ahead and cover the cave at the time we reach it. If you’re having trouble finding this shrine and you already have the sensor telling you it’s underground, the cave entrance is located further north than you might expect. Once inside, interact with the shrine crystal and the door will open. Bring the crystal through the obstacle course of rolling boulders to reach the shrine. The Bubbulfrog is located in a small passage opposite of the final corridor to the shrine. Once done, we Ascend out of the cave and proceed to the nearby chasm into the Depths to activate the corresponding Lightroot and collect some Poes and a chest with a Large Crystallized Charge nearby. This is near the hot spring we found on the surface, which means lavafalls below in the Depths. Either have flame guard capabilities or don’t stay for long! Next time, we switch gears and begin heading south toward Lurelin Village in hopes of driving out the pirates!
