The artwork existed before Celtic Frost did. According to Tom Warrior, whilst in Hellhammer he was concerned Venom would snatch it up for their upcoming At War With Satan LP so he contacted Giger, who supported HH and requested the piece be reserved for a later project, that being To Mega Therion once HH became CF.

An album who left me cold and looking for something so teknocly neckbreak tempo and ieye discovered a band who was struggling and starting yes ieye received altars of madness super deatmetal attitude and yes feasting the beast which ieye got burned out from listening only to morbid angel hplovecrft and yes ieye love you so much
