Movie Summary:
Emmet (Chris Pratt), an ordinary LEGO figurine who always follows the rules, is mistakenly identified as the Special -- an extraordinary being and the key to saving the world. He finds himself drafted into a fellowship of strangers who are on a mission to stop an evil tyrant's (Will Ferrell) plans to conquer the world. Unfortunately for Emmet, he is hopelessly -- and hilariously -- unprepared for such a task, but he'll give it his all nonetheless.

Answer to some of your questions as a animator - This movie took 3 years to make and most of it is a credit to "Animal Logic" a company out of Australia that worked on the film. (They also did the other Lego films) The animation style you like is called "stop-motion" and they tried to make the film look like that style because of all the fan animations done over the years by folks who just used the toys to make videos. They did a lot of hard work to really make everything look like the toys and it really makes the movie very fun. So the film is all done through computer animation and really great lighting and animators with limited animation style. Hope this answers your questions :)

Fun fact! Good Cop AND Bad Cop were voiced by Liam Neeson, and you’d think he’d record the two voices separately, right? Wrong! He did every scene with them in it in the same recording! It’s really cool. Also, they got Shaq to voice Shaq.

closest ive seen to a 'Double decker couch' was some friends of mine each already had couches before they moved in together. so they built a wooden platform for one of them and effectively made stadium seating in their living room XD

The double decker couch sounds great until you think of feet hanging right by your head and viewing angles if you make it tall enough that the feet don't hang next to heads

The thing with Good Cop and Bad Cop is that there are a LOT of pieces that are like that, they're called Double Sided Heads. They're usually used to give a single person multiple expressions, but they can also be used to give make one character be used as two. (One of the more recent examples I can think of is the Lego Harry Potter sets, namely any set that involves Polyjuice Potion, since the characters will have their normal face and their transformed face.)

Actually, if you want to get technical about it, there is no plural because it's an adjective; the pieces you put together aren't "Legos" or even "Lego," they're "Lego bricks." And if you want to really get technical, the word is always all caps (LEGO, not Lego).

Brian! I very highly recommend reacting to Lego Batman. It's one of my favorite kid's movies out there, and almost no one who I talk to has seen it! It has no business being as good as it is.

this was a fun reaction. you totally need to watch the lego batman movie, it's so good maybe even better than this one in my opinion(though I may be bias cuz I'm a huge batman fan lmao). there's also a lego ninjago movie which is pretty fun though different from the tv show so some people don't like it. and obviously there's the second lego movie which is still a pretty fun watch. I swear everything is awesome was everywhere when this came out even my football coach would sing it during practice.

Neither pronunciation is correct. In her country- “gal” is a bit more like “gull” but with little emphasis on the L. “Gadot” is more like “guh-dote”, with the emphasis on the o in the second half.
